Job Overview:We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. The Behavior Technician will work with individuals with developmental disabilities, implementing behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).Duties:- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA - Collect data on client behavior during sessions - Assist in the development of individualized treatment goals - Provide feedback to BCBA regarding client progress - Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency in implementing interventionsExperience:- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred- Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is a plus- Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and implement strategies effectively- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Willingness to learn and receive ongoing training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)Note: This position may require some evening or weekend availability based on client needs.Requirements:- BACB RBT Certification- 40 hours RBT Certification- Medicaid Provider ID- Must be Fluent in EnglishJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
