  Position Summary:

 As a Behavior Technician with BehaviorCare Therapy, you will work directly with children with autism or developmental challenges. Under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will implement personalized treatment plans to help each child reach their fullest potential. You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to set you up for success and professional growth.

  Key Responsibilities:

   Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions in-home

  Requirements:

   At least 1 year of experience in ABA or a related field (e.g., teaching, nannying, counseling, childcare)

   Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is a plus, but not required
  </li>

   Reliable transportation

   Availability in afternoons and early evenings (weekends are a plus)
  </li>

   Ability to pass a background check

  Responsibilities as an In Center RBT:

   Provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in our in-center setting
  </li>
  <li>
   Collect data and implement treatment plans individualized for each child
  </li>
  <li>
   Properly notate data collected within Central Reach, our data collection platform
  </li>
  <li>
   Administrative duties that the center may need &ndash; Sign in sheets, incident reporting, etc.
  </li>
  <li>
   Creating and organizing stimuli for sessions being conducted in the center
  </li>
  <li>
   Cleaning and sanitization within the center to ensure a healthy environment for staff and kiddos
  </li>
  <li>
   Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency
  </li>
  <li>
   Provide feedback to parents and guardians regarding daily activities of client

   Bilingual skills a plus but not required
  </li>
  <li>
   Must have own reliable transportation and be able to consistently arrive promptly to the center for your scheduled shift

Step into a leadership role where you can make a lasting impact on the lives of children with autism and other developmental challenges. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll be responsible for developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans, guiding a team of ABA Therapists, and ensuring the highest quality of care for your clients.</div>

</b></h3><ul><li>Provide direct/indirect BCBA supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to cases</li><li>
Design ABA curriculum plans, review, and update them regularly</li><li>
Develop and implement behavior intervention plans using ABA principles</li><li>
Analyze ABA data and implement data-driven program changes</li><li>
Write reports summarizing data and progress for each client supervised</li><li>
Conduct Family Guidance meetings and maintain open communication with families</li><li>
Coordinate with your Clinical Director to maintain quality across ABA cases</li><li>
Train and lead a team of RBTs daily to deliver high-quality ABA services</li><li>
Complete initial intake and recurring assessments using standardized tools</li><li>
