Our Client Services Coordinator plays a critical role in our company, and we need an individual who possess great leadership qualities, is great at multitasking, has time management skills, can build relationships, and has a knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook).
How will you help create a World Without Limits:<ul><li>
Responsible for all scheduling function for an assigned region</li><li>
Identify ways to optimize authorized hours throughout an assigned region</li><li>
Identify times to recover treatment hours lost to missed sessions</li><li>
Communicate schedule changes and offer solutions to ensure clinically recommended hours are fulfilled</li><li>
Communicate frequently and often with clients and BTs</li><li>
Support new hire BTs by providing office and field training schedules</li><li>
Assist with day-to-day operations of the scheduling department</li><li>
Review Scheduling Dashboard weekly</li><li>
Ensuring you are meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPI)</li><li>
Conducting improvement/planning meetings with manager when KPIs are not being met</li><li>
Spot-check schedule logs and scheduling software for errors/missed opportunities</li><li>
Interface and collaborate with other departments and teammates in pursuit of client and hours growth for assigned region</li><li>
Follow scheduling policies and processes</li><li>
Follow COVID-19 protocols and policies</li><li>
Organize and maintain all assigned regions</li><li>
Other duties as assigned</li></ul>
Qualifications and Skills:<ul><li>
Bachelor's Degree preferred</li><li>
Ability to work in a high paced, competitive, performance-based environment</li><li>

Ability to build relationships with our clients and clinical staff alike</li><li>
