Behavior Frontiers is rapidly expanding to open centers across the country to provide behavior therapy to children with autism. We are looking for a full-time sales representative to help us to build our reputation and develop leads for new clients within a local region. Our Los Angeles based company has expanded greatly and we are seeking an experienced sales representative to support our growth strategy. The position would have contact with stakeholders virtually and in person, which will require local travel throughout the assigned region. General Requirements:</b></div><ul><li>
 1+Years Sales experience (medical services/health care industry preferred)</li><li>
 Bachelor's degree or equivalent</li><li>
 Excellent customer interface skills ability to deliver presentations and drive meetings</li><li>
 Proven success dealing with various levels of clientele, especially with key decision-makers</li><li>
 Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow</li><li>
 Excellent problem resolution and consultative sales skills</li><li>
 Ability to use Salesforce to track leads, record sales activities, review and prepare reports</li><li>
 Strong work ethic and ability to meet goals</li><li>
 Exceptional written and verbal communication skills</li></ul><div>
Ability to travel to meet with stakeholders or potential clients; 80% travel</div><div>

Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
 Educate stakeholders (physicians, therapy groups, hospitals, etc.) and clients of the value of Behavior Frontiers ABA therapy</li><li>
 Conduct daily sales calls via video conferencing, phone communication, and in person meetings or presentations</li><li>
 Manage sales opportunity forecasting within Salesforce for current and potential customers</li><li>
 Develop stakeholder databases for Behavior Frontiers regions ensuring all contacts are managed in Salesforce</li><li>
 Participate in business development strategies</li><li>
 Interact with Behavior Frontiers leaders at a high-level, communicating sales goals and strategies to generate and convert viable leads</li><li>
 Willingness to make cold calls to prospective clients, individually or with team members</li><li>
 Educate local clinical leadership about sales efforts and engage them in sales activities to support lead generation</li><li>
Ability to stay focused on achieving and exceeding goals</li></ul><ul><li>
 Responsible for weekly recording/reporting of sales calls in Salesforce and meeting call cycle goals</li><li>
 Responsible for continuous improvement and professional development regarding knowledge of service offerings and communication skills, through self-learning and active participation in training programs</li><li>
 Adheres to all company and industry guidelines</li><li>
 Ability to work some weekends and weeknights</li><li>
 Travel to Behavior Frontiers regions will be required a minimum of twice per month</li><li>

Our Onboarding Assistant position plays a critical role in our company and we need an individual with excellent customer service skills, detail oriented, ability to multi-task and a knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.</p><p><b>
Availability:</b> Full - Time (Monday - Friday 40 hours a week)<br>
<b>Location:</b> El Segundo, CA (In-Person)<br>

How will you help create a World Without Limits:</b></div><div><ul><li>
Facilitate onboarding processes and coordinate with new hires to ensure a seamless and welcoming experience from offer acceptance to training.</li><li>
Effectively interface and communicate with all departments, including Recruitment, HR, IT, Training, and Client Services, regarding the status of new hires.</li><li>
Maintain a high level of attention to detail while managing numerous small but critical tasks, including accurate data entry of personal identifiers, credentials, and HR-related information within the system.</li><li>
Take on and implement any newly added requirements as needed to remain compliant with insurance or state guidelines and expectations.</li><li>
Set up new hire accounts, manage the onboarding tracker, and assign tasks as needed.</li><li>
Conduct welcome calls with new hires and send a welcome email outlining onboarding task due dates.</li><li>
Ensure the timely submission of all required onboarding documents by new hires.</li><li>
Guide new hires on navigating systems, resources, and policies.</li><li>
Monitor new hire checklist items for full completion and provide trouble shooting support as needed.</li><li>
Facilitate background checks and child abuse registry clearances, follow up with the vendors as needed, and ensure compliance with state regulations.</li><li>
Conduct SAMS, OIG, and Medicaid exclusion checks</li><li>
Coordinate the TB test process to ensure compliance with external payor requirements.</li><li>
Verify the employment eligibility of all new hires by completing E-Verify and updating the I-9 form accordingly.</li><li>
Assist in the development and implementation of new initiatives and programs.</li><li>
Support company-wide projects as needed, ensuring alignment with team goals and objectives.</li><li>
Execute all aspects of provider certifications, including initial appointments and reappointments</li><li>
Any other duties as assigned.</li></ul></div><div><b>

Experience working daily in different applicant tracking and human resources information systems</li><li>
