Job Overview:</b> The Program Director supervises daily operations of an opiate treatment center, ensuring excellence in operations, staffing, training, compliance, and customer service. Responsibilities include team member supervision, scheduling, training, service delivery oversight, patient progress evaluation, policy implementation, and regulatory adherence. The Program Director performs duties within their licensed scope, as specified in an addendum.</p>

Key Responsibilities:</b></p>

<li>Supervise patient admission, medication delivery, and patient processing.</li>
<li>Maintain high standards for the treatment center&rsquo;s infrastructure.</li>
<li>Address urgent issues and patient complaints promptly.</li>
<li>Monitor and report on program performance regularly.</li>
<li>Manage revenue collection and expenditures.</li>
<li>Ensure schedule adherence and minimize overtime.</li>
<li>Lead and mentor team members to achieve annual goals.</li>
<li>Implement and enforce agency&rsquo;s Code of Ethics and Conduct.</li>
<li>Coordinate training programs and audits.</li>
<li>Serve as the Corporate Compliance Officer.</li>
<li>Ensure team members are properly educated, credentialed, and licensed.</li>
<li>Manage recruitment, staffing levels, and team morale.</li>
<li>Handle hiring, termination, and unemployment claims with HR.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accrediting agency requirements.</li>

<li>Leadership experience in substance abuse treatment services required.</li>
<li>Demonstrate desire to provide compassionate, evidence-based care.</li>
<li>Experience in operations, compliance, safety, accreditation, and quality of care.</li>
<li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>

The Clinical Supervisor oversees the clinical supervision of counselors in training or working towards certification/licensure and provides guidance to the counseling team. They help patients identify and leverage strengths for social, educational, and occupational goals, supporting their transition to a drug-free life. Reporting to the Program Director, the Clinical Supervisor ensures adherence to schedules, program policies, and regulatory requirements.</p>
<p><b>
Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Supervise and mentor counselors, providing feedback and documentation.</li>
<li>Conduct one-on-one and group therapy sessions.</li>
<li>Provide hands-on training through observation and case record review.</li>
<li>Facilitate weekly supervision sessions with feedback and mentoring.</li>
<li>Conduct regular counseling sessions as required by regulations.</li>
<li>Develop and revise patient treatment plans, maintaining comprehensive records.</li>
<li>Document patient contacts and ensure case-management follow-ups.</li>
<li>Implement new programs and advise on caseload management.</li>
<li>Lead and participate in treatment team meetings.</li>
<li>Provide in-service training and stay updated on addiction treatment trends.</li>
<li>Coordinate care with community providers and handle crisis interventions.</li>
<li>Conduct peer file reviews and assess clinical service quality.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and accrediting agencies.</li>
<li>Encourage unlicensed counselors to obtain licensure/certification.</li>
<li>Participate in community and public relations activities.</li>

<p><b>Minimum Requirements</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Must have a license or substance use counselor certification</li>
<li>Three years of relevant clinical experience following completion of a master&rsquo;s degree</li>
<li>Comply with federal and state regulations for certification, licensure, and degree.</li>
<li>Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to work independently under pressure and handle multiple tasks.</li>
<li>Proper judgment with confidential and sensitive issues</li>
<li>Effective decision-making in stressful situations</li>
<li>Knowledge of human behavior and rehabilitation of drug-dependent patients</li>
<li>Familiarity with the substance abuse population and treatment planning</li>
<li>Basic computer skills and proficiency with office equipment</li>
