Here&rsquo;s What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred; candidates who are not currently certified must be willing and able to obtain RBT certification in accordance with company requirements and timelines.</li><li>
Must maintain open and flexible availability across multiple days and times throughout the week to support client scheduling needs, including daytime, after-school, and evening sessions as assigned.</li><li>
You&rsquo;ll need reliable transportation &amp; must be comfortable driving to the center and/or client sessions</li><li>
Access and ability to use a smartphone or similar device with internet services capable of capturing client session data</li></ul>
Physical Requirements<ul><li>
Ability to sit on the floor, kneel, crouch, bend, and stand for extended periods of time.</li><li>
Ability to frequently transition between floor and standing positions throughout the workday.</li><li>
Ability to actively engage with children and move quickly within home, clinic, school, and community settings to ensure client safety and provide effective support.</li><li>
Ability to respond appropriately to challenging behaviors and implement behavior intervention strategies.</li><li>
Ability to lift, move, or assist children and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds, as required by assigned cases, with or without reasonable accommodation.</li><li>
Ability to use a computer, smartphone, tablet, or other electronic devices for documentation, communication, and data collection.</li><li>
Ability to travel between client locations and perform the essential functions of the position in various environments.</li></ul>

Schedule:<ul><li>
We are open 9:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. Monday-Friday, providing services within the center, in home and community. If seeking full-time hours, evening availability is required, along with comfort working in home-based therapeutic settings; otherwise, full-time hours cannot be guaranteed.</li></ul>

About Us:
Behavioral Health Works is an expanding company dedicated to responsible and sustainable growth. We are committed to delivering personalized ABA therapy for children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). ABA therapy helps individuals with Autism improve socially significant behavior, following the principles of Behavior Analysis. Our extensively trained BCBAs, Case Supervisors, and Technician&rsquo;s collaborate closely with parents to create tailored treatment plans that address the distinct requirements of each child.
Job Description:
The BCBA must possess a master&rsquo;s degree in psychology, child development, special education, applied behavior analysis, or a related field. BCBA certification or appropriate licensure as a healthcare professional, in accordance with state regulations, is required. Candidates must also have relevant experience in clinical supervision and meet all BHW program competencies.
Reporting directly to the Clinical Director, the BCBA is responsible for developing, monitoring, and overseeing ABA treatment plans. This role involves providing direct clinical supervision to behavior technicians and mid-level Case Supervisors, as well as managing and guiding assigned cases. Exceptional communication and leadership abilities are essential for success in this position.

Requirements for BCBAs:<ul><li>
Ensure quality service by meeting supervisory and parent training hour requirements (varies by funder).</li><li>
Provide monthly supervision to behavior technicians (minimum 5% for RBTs).</li><li>
Develop, monitor, and update client programs monthly; conduct FBAs as assigned.</li><li>
Guide behavior technicians in treatment and behavior plan implementation.</li><li>
Establish and monitor program goals, protocols, and measurement systems.</li><li>
Supervise, educate parents, and adjust treatment plans based on authorized hours.</li><li>
Address client, family, and staff issues promptly, escalating as needed.</li><li>
Write and submit progress reports on time to the Clinical Director.</li><li>
Document clinical time and session notes in CentralReach, ensuring compliance with standards.</li><li>
Lead monthly PODS (BT mentorship) to support BT retention.</li><li>
Maintain communication with staff and respond to concerns in a timely manner.</li><li>
Stay current with research and best practices, sharing findings with staff.</li><li>
Conduct monthly client visits and ensure all oversight and management requirements are met.</li><li>
Provide guidance and direction to supervisors and behavior technicians, approve program changes, and offer solutions for implementation issues.</li><li>
Review and sign off on progress reports, ensuring they are professional and submitted on time.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
Required:<ul><li>
Minimum of a Master&rsquo;s degree in psychology, child development, special education, applied behavior analysis, or a related field</li><li>
Must be BCBA-certified or hold qualified licensed healthcare professional status (based on state regulations)</li><li>
Excellent communication skills, organization skills, and leadership skills</li><li>
Commitment to upholding the company&rsquo;s mission and vision to the community</li></ul>
Preferred<ul><li>
Minimum of 2 years of experience working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis</li><li>
Minimum of 2 years developing behavior reduction goals and behavior-analytic skill acquisition plans</li><li>
Previous experience as a Behavior Technician and/or Case Supervisor implementing ABA treatment plans</li></ul>
