</div><div>We&rsquo;re looking for a strategic, relationship-driven<b> Talent Acquisition Specialist IV</b> to join our BCBA recruiting team. In this role, you won&rsquo;t just fill jobs&mdash;you&rsquo;ll help us <b>attract top clinical talent</b> to serve families affected by autism across multiple states. Your Work and How You'll Make a Difference</b><b>:</b></div><ul><li><div>
Own the <b>full-cycle recruitment</b> process for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) as assigned by Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition.</div></li><li><div>
Use consistent strategic sourcing and <b>cold outreach</b> to attract top talent in a highly competitive market.</div></li><li><div>
Build and maintain strong pipelines by <b>nurturing candidate relationships</b> through personalized communication and consistent follow-up.</div></li><li>
Keep candidates engaged throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.</li><li>
Complete weekly cold calls to active BCBAs across the nation.</li><li><div>
Partner closely with hiring managers and HR to ensure smooth, <b>timely hiring</b> decisions.</div></li><li><div>
Deliver <b>accurate and timely offer letters</b> to candidates, both internal and external.</div></li><li><div>
Track all activity in our ATS (<b>iCIMS</b>) and keep candidate records up to date.</div></li><li><div>
Provide regular <b>reporting on KPIs</b> to the Talent Acquisition leadership team.</div></li><li><div>
Handle <b>complex and high-priority roles</b> with confidence and urgency.</div></li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications</b><b>:</b></h3><ul><li>
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.</li><li><div>
A <b>go-getter</b> with 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, sales, or high-volume recruiting.</div></li><li>
May substitute an equivalent combination of education and experience.</li><li><div>
Previous <b>Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) experience, highly preferred.</b></div></li><li>
Someone who is <b>curious, driven, adaptable</b> believe in our mission and know how to <b>build relationships that matter</b>.</li><li><div><b>
Strong communicator</b> who builds trust quickly and keeps candidates engaged.</div></li><li><div><b>
