We believe great clinicians do their best work when they&rsquo;re supported, inspired, and balanced.Why You&rsquo;ll Love Working With BLN<ul><li>Competitive Pay: $90,000&ndash;$110,000 per year, plus opportunity to earn monthly and quarterly performance bonuses</li><li>Work&ndash;Life Balance: Regional caseloads, flexible scheduling, and no extensive travel</li><li>Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, paid holidays, and sick time</li><li>Monthly Mileage Stipend and Relocation Assistance (if applicable)</li><li>Technology Package: Apple laptop and phone provided</li><li>Professional Growth:</li><li>Free CEUs + annual CEU stipend</li><li>Paid conference attendance</li><li>Leadership development and advancement opportunities</li><li>Mentorship from renowned ABA leaders and researchers</li><li>Clinical Excellence: Compassionate, trauma-informed, assent-based, evidence-based programming centered on each child&rsquo;s unique strengths</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Design and Oversee individualized ABA programs and provide clinical supervision to Behavior Technicians</li><li>Conduct assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, FBA, Vineland) and design effective, data-driven treatment plans</li><li>Lead parent and caregiver education and training</li><li>Collaborate with schools, families, and multidisciplinary teams</li><li>Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress reports</li><li>Travel locally within your assigned region to support clients and staff</li></ul>What You Bring<ul><li>Master&rsquo;s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field</li><li>Active BCBA&reg; certification in good standing</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities</li><li>DOJ/FBI background clearance and TB test</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills</li><li>A commitment to ethical, compassionate, and evidence-based care</li><li>Comfort working with children who may display challenging behaviors.
