The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and procuring high-quality materials, particularly coffee beans, beverages, and perishable goods, at the best cost while maintaining consistent supply chain operations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Source, negotiate, and purchase F&amp;B items, coffee products, packaging, and non-food supplies from reliable suppliers.</li><li>Manage the end-to-end procurement process for the coffee catering division, ensuring quality and timely delivery.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international vendors, especially coffee bean suppliers.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels, place purchase orders, and coordinate with the warehouse and kitchen teams for stock availability.</li><li>Ensure all purchased products meet company quality standards and comply with UAE food safety regulations.</li><li>Analyze market trends and pricing to achieve cost savings without compromising on quality.</li><li>Resolve any issues related to supply shortages, delivery delays, or product quality.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as a Purchasing Executive or similar role within the F&amp;B/Hospitality industry.</li><li>Must have specific experience in coffee catering or a related field.</li><li>Strong knowledge of food products, coffee beans, beverages, and catering supplies.</li><li>Excellent negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.</li><li>Familiarity with local suppliers and market conditions in Sharjah and the wider UAE.</li><li>Understanding of HACCP and food safety standards is mandatory.</li><li>Immediate joiners will be given priority.</li></ul>Kindly share your CV at careers@behindthecup.aeJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: Up to AED4,500.00 per month

Cook (Kitchen Team Member)<ul><li>Role: Core part of the kitchen team.</li><li>You: Skilled and reliable cook.
