We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the COO. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role requires discretion, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage the COO&rsquo;s calendar, appointments, travel arrangements, and correspondence.</li><li>Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and official documents.</li><li>Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.</li><li>Serve as a liaison between the COO and internal/external stakeholders.</li><li>Handle confidential information with discretion.</li><li>Assist in project coordination and workflow management.</li><li>Perform general office duties, including filing, data management, and expense tracking.</li><li>Calendar management for executives</li><li>Aid executive in preparing for meetings</li><li>Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives</li><li>Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Proven experience as an Executive Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role.</li><li>Fluent in English (additional languages are a strong advantage).</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.</li><li>Professional demeanor with high attention to detail.</li><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office suite</li><li>Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics</li><li>Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Previous experience in a corporate or executive support role.</li><li>Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.</li></ul>Location: Sharjah (must be willing to work on-site).Full-time position with standard office hours (flexibility may be required).Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: Up to AED6,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Executive assistant: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Sharjah (Required)</li></ul>
