You will spend time traveling within your assigned territory to meet with current customers or to develop new relationships. You demonstrate how a relationship with B-Y will </i><i>help that customer</i><i> achieve their goals through products, sales, services, and training.</i></div><p></p><p><i><br>
You keep up to date on technical and product innovation, competitive developments, industry trends, and Behler-Young marketing plans. You attend and participate in sales meetings and product training.</i></p><p>
You know the ins and outs of the ordering processes, and <i>you quote prices and credit terms for prospective orders.</i></p><p><i>
You are a liaison </i><i>for</i><i> the customer</i>. You bring their needs, concerns, and areas for opportunity to the right people on the B-Y team.</p><p>
You develop an annual &ldquo;Business Proposal&rdquo; with each Bryant dealer, identifying key programs (Technical, Business, and Sales &amp; Marketing) that will be implemented to achieve Dealer / TM annual sales and profit targets.</p><div><p><b>

Strong understanding of sales and how to build relationships, and you understand how they work together for successful outcomes.</p><p>
Curiosity. You use it to your advantage to fully understand your assigned customers and get to the heart of their needs. You also use it to learn about new products and services that B-Y can offer so that you can offer those things to your customers when they need them.</p><p>
