We are seeking motivated and experienced Real Estate Agents to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record in property sales and leasing.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Generate leads and build a strong client portfolio.</li><li>Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.</li><li>Conduct property viewings and provide professional market advice.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, trends, and regulations.</li><li>Negotiate sales and lease agreements between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.</li><li>Advertise and market properties through online portals and social media platforms.</li><li>Manage property listings on platforms such as Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle.</li><li>Follow up with prospective clients and maintain long-term relationships.</li><li>Prepare and process necessary documentation related to property transactions.</li><li>Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 3&ndash;4 years of real estate sales or leasing experience in the Dubai market.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Dubai communities, freehold areas, and RERA regulations.</li><li>Valid UAE Driving License and own vehicle preferred.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.</li><li>Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.</li><li>Proficiency in CRM systems and property listing portals.</li></ul>Work Location: In person
