POSITION SUMMARYJoin Hawaii&rsquo;s leading distributor of agricultural and industrial chemicals, fertilizer and specialty products. Work in congenial office under the general supervision of the Senior VP, Finance &amp; Treasurer while managing the Company&rsquo;s Accounts Receivable functions.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:The Accounts Receivable Clerk is our main customer contact for account credit holds. The A/R clerk also reviews customer account histories, manages customer account balances, prepares the daily cash deposit, applies payments to customer accounts, maintains A/R files, mails monthly statements to customers as needed, files A/P invoices, and distributes interoffice and U.S. Mail on daily basis.QUALIFICATIONS:Knowledge of general office principles and practices. Three (3) years of A/R experience or equivalent. High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent telephone etiquette, written &amp; verbal communication skills. Detail oriented and ability to multi-task and follow directions.
