 Key Responsibilities:

 Target Setting &amp; Management:
 
 </li>
 </ol>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop and implement channel distribution targets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Improve channel coverage and penetration.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive execution of SMR (Sales Management Review) processes.
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ol>
 <li>
 
 Client &amp; Partner Management:
 
 </li>
 </ol>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Co-develop Joint Business Plans (JBP) and marketing programs with channel partners.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and manage inventory flow and DOS (Days of Sales) performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Design effective order plans based on sales trends.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage partner credit terms, payment collections, and rebate processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain strong, sustainable business relationships with partners.
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ol>
 <li>
 
 Channel Development:
 
 </li>
 </ol>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Identify, evaluate, and certify new channel partners.
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan and communicate channel strategies for new product launches.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop Total Channel Offer (TCO) plans for strategic clients.
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ol>
 <li>
 
 Channel Structure &amp; Strategy Design:
 
 </li>
 </ol>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Design differentiated channel structures and strategies tailored to various market types and segments.
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ol>
 <li>
 
 Qatar Key Account (KA) Management:
 
 </li>
 </ol>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage relationships with Qatar-based KA partners, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as the primary contact for key stakeholders within these accounts.
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ol>
 <li>
 
 Sales Performance Analysis:
 
 </li>
 </ol>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Evaluate and analyse monthly sales data for key accounts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify performance gaps and develop improvement plans to meet targets.
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ol>
 <li>
 
 Inventory &amp; Product Mix Optimization:
 
 </li>
 </ol>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Track and analyse key accounts&rsquo; inventory levels and product structures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Propose restocking or promotional strategies to improve sell-through and optimize product mix.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements:

 Proficient in English with the ability to communicate fluently and professionally with international clients.

 International Sales Experience:
 
 </li>
 </ol>

 Proven experience in channel sales and customer development in overseas markets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of international market regulations, trade practices, and compliance standards.
 </li>
 </ul>

 <li>
 
 Market Development &amp; Pressure Handling:
 
 </li>
 </ol>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strong market development capabilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
