<div><p>Beinex is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to serve as a key client-facing liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role demands strong skills in understanding both business requirements and the technical landscape, including Data, AI, Analytics, BI, and Digital Transformation.</p>
<p>The SBA will actively participate in all stages of the project lifecycle, from gathering requirements through execution and delivery, while also supporting pre-sales efforts, leadership presentations, and insights development. This role should play a pivotal role in enhancing advisory capabilities and delivering excellence on global projects.</p>

<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Responsibilities</b></h3>
<ul><ul><li>Lead client interactions to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements.</li>
<li>Document requirements through BRDs, FRDs, use cases, user stories, and process workflows.</li>
<li>Translate business needs into precise, actionable requirements for technical and delivery teams.</li>
<li>Act as the primary liaison between clients, project managers, data, and development teams.</li>
<li>Provide requirement walkthroughs and clarification throughout the project lifecycle.</li>
<li>Support requirement changes and ensure traceability until closure.</li>
<li>Participate across planning, analysis, design, development, testing, UAT, and deployment phases.</li>
<li>Monitor delivery progress, dependencies, and risks to ensure alignment with business expectations.</li>
<li>Develop an understanding of client business models, KPIs, workflows, and data to support digital initiatives.</li>
<li>Support pre-sales and strategic efforts through requirement inputs, proposal content, and solution narratives.</li>
</ul></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Key Skills Requirements</b></h3>
<ul><ul><li>5+ years of experience in business research, consulting insights, market intelligence, and business analysis leadership roles.</li>
<li>Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.</li>
<li>Proven expertise in creating BRDs, FRDs, SOPs, and well-structured documentation.</li>
<li>Ability to quickly understand diverse industries and articulate client business challenges.</li>
<li>Independent, self-driven professional capable of managing large-scale project executions.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Qlik.</li>
<li>Familiarity with data engineering concepts, integrations, and data pipelines.</li>
<li>Basic understanding of AI/ML fundamentals as an added advantage.</li>
<li>Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language for non-technical stakeholders.</li></ul></ul></div>
