The role involves assisting in drafting contracts, conducting legal research, preparing case documents, and supporting compliance functions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Indian legal system, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.Note: The first month of the internship will be unpaid. Stipend of ₹6,000 - 10,000 per month will be provided starting from the second month.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Draft and review legal documents</li><li>Conduct legal research and case law analysis</li><li>Assist in litigation and compliance matters</li><li>Organize and maintain legal files</li><li>Support senior lawyers and attend hearings if required</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>LLB from a recognized university (mandatory)</li><li>0&ndash;3 years of experience (internships count)</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Basic knowledge of corporate and litigation laws</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Internship Contract length: 6 monthsPay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Salt Lake City, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
