Job Description:
Beis Plumbing is seeking an energetic, driven, and tech-savvy person to join our team. We are looking for a creative and data-driven Marketing and Media Coordinator to develop and implement campaigns that promote our services and strengthen brand awareness. This role is essential for driving customer engagement and business growth by managing digital channels, creating impactful content, and applying KPIs to measure performance and ROI. The Marketing and Media Coordinator works closely with customers, internal teams, and leadership to track leads, optimize strategies, and ensure all marketing efforts align with company goals and deliver a 5-Star experience. Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm
Job Duties 
<ul><li>
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote our services and brand.</li><li>
Conduct site visits with the team to capture photos and videos, producing engaging content that showcases our craftsmanship and brand.</li><li>
Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and website content.</li><li>
Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written copy, to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.</li><li>
Track and analyze leads through CRM and analytics platforms, ensuring accurate reporting and actionable insights for campaign optimization.</li><li>
Define, monitor, and apply key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure ROI and optimize strategies accordingly.</li><li>
Interacted with customers via phone, email, and social media to address inquiries, gather feedback, and foster positive relationships that supported business growth.</li><li>
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives, sales strategies, and customer needs.</li></ul> 
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Demonstrated expertise in marketing or related roles with deep knowledge of digital marketing platforms and strategies.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Business Profile, Google Local Services, SEO, and website analytics preferred.</li><li>
Exceptional ability to develop and execute campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.</li><li>
Innovative content creator with advanced capabilities in writing, graphics, and video production.</li><li>
Advanced command of CRM and analytics tools to track leads, measure performance, and optimize campaigns using KPIs and ROI insights.</li><li>
Strong communicator and collaborator, able to excel both independently and as part of a team.</li><li>
Passionate about customer service with a steadfast commitment to delivering a 5-Star experience.</li><li>
Clean driving record and valid driver's license required; company vehicle will be provided for work-related travel.</li></ul>
