 You will provide direction and guidance to all teams on various complex data privacy projects,

 Conduct legal research and draft legal opinions on data privacy
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee data privacy compliance from a global standpoint
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the implementation of Beko Global Privacy and Data Protection Compliance Program
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide legal advice on various privacy and data protection issues, including compliance with the KVKK,GDPR and data protection laws of other jurisdictions
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist business units with understanding the Technical and Organizational Measures (TOMs)
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement and update privacy related procedures, best practices, and guidelines
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor changes in global Privacy &amp; Data Protection laws and work with business to address thesedevelopments
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist the Global Data Protection Officer in monitoring compliance with applicable laws and Beko Policies
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist the Global Data Protection Officer in the event of regulatory audits, complaints and investigations
 </li>

 Provide advice on Records of Processing, Data Protection Impact Assessments and Transfer ImpactAssessments

 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Law and CIPPE and CIPPM qualifications are must needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Multinational experience is desirable
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 5 years in the practice of law in a high-quality law firm or in-house environment, and beexperienced legal professional with a full understanding of privacy and data protection legal issues (KVKKand GDPR)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical and advisory skills, including the ability to review and evaluate multi-faceted issues andcounsel business colleagues on complex data privacy questions relating to various business matters
 </li>
 <li>
 The ability to use creative problem-solving skills to resolve issues in a pragmatic and sound manner
 </li>
 <li>
 Competence in coordination and organization issues
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent verbal and written skills in English
 </li>
