 Working actively field,Ensuring shipments and inventory transactions accuracy,

 Being responsible for occupational health and safety,
 </li>

 Measuring and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance,
 </li>

 Maintaining equipment and tracking,
 </li>
 <li>
 Analysing of budget and tracking,
 </li>
 <li>
 Determining tracing and visualisation methods of warehousing KPI's,
 </li>
 <li>
 Studying ergonomics and work safety analysis of warehouses, managing the improvement projects of probable risks and designing the optimal work area structure,
 </li>
 <li>
 Making time studies with MTM or other time measurement methods in the warehouses, balancing work distribution, preparing operation plans and process flow charts,
 </li>

 Realizing applications that will provide operational efficiency,

 Coordinating to shifts,Deploying best practices to all warehouses,

 Provide high quality legal services in banking and finance matters, including complex financial transactions and related legal issues for Beko global operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Advise on international and domestic financing transactions, such as syndicated loans, acquisition finance, supply chain finance, securitizations, derivative agreements, and ISDAs; draft and negotiate finance-related documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support business teams on financial arrangements and commercial transactions from a legal perspective, including drafting various finance and security agreements and participating in negotiations with lenders, financial institutions, third parties, and external counsels.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage cross-border financing transactions and liaise with external law firms and financial advisers, analysing advice from local counsel on regulatory requirements, enforceability, and due diligence matters,
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with banking and financial regulations, monitor developments in financial legislation, and advise on regulatory implications for Beko Global subsidiaries and group-level operations,
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle corporate governance and general corporate housekeeping matters in compliance with applicable laws, group policies, and governance standards.

 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Law, preferably with LLM studies,

 At least 5 years&rsquo; experience in a reputable law firm or multinational corporation with solid banking &amp; finance law practice,

 Experience in English law governed financing agreements is an asset,
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in capital markets and/or M&amp;A is an asset,

 <li>
 Experience managing cross-country matters/projects,
