 Beko Global is hiring Sr. Indirect purchasing Specialist
 
 
 
 Main Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 
 Develop and execute strategies for major Indirect Material; investment property and service purchasing
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Support regional and global commodity strategies by providing customer demands and requirements and driving implementation of the strategies within the area of responsibility.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate and/or lead local purchasing activities with Purchasing Director
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate efforts to develop and implement programs to drive savings, supply base optimization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate and conduct quarterly supplier reviews, and supplier qualifications using the Supplier Quality Management process.
 </li>
 <li>
 Negotiate prices, terms and quality requirements with domestic and international suppliers for indirect material requirements with Purchasing Manager.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and negotiate all commercial aspects of the contracts with suppliers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Endorse and support domestic and global team&rsquo;s commodity sourcing initiatives with other Sectors on required products and services.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide customer service to key plant end-users by reporting target achievement results on periodic basis, as well as, interfacing with key support groups to resolve issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support purchase-to-pay process ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Skills and Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Economics or Business Administration. MS or MBA degree is a strong asset.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good communication and influencing skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong ability to coordinate cross functional projects,
 </li>
 <li>
 Result oriented / problem solver
 </li>
 <li>
 Effective planning &amp; organizational skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to learn quickly; to have dynamic &amp; positive personality, to be proactive
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 EXPERIENCE:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Having min. 4 years of purchasing experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in similar industry is an advantage.
 </li>
 <li>
 CAPEX purchasing experience is an asset
 </li>
 <li>
 SAP knowledge would be a preference
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
 </li>
 </ul>
