 Role Summary
 
 
 
 The P2P Accountant is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of procure-to-pay cycle for NEAR &amp; Middle East, ensuring timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices, payments, and employee expense reports. This role involves coordinating with procurement and other departments to verify purchase orders, reconciling accounts, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
 
 
 
 Main Accountabilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Process purchase orders (POs), goods receipts, and supplier invoices in the system ensuring accuracy and completeness
 </li>
 <li>
 Match invoices with POs and resolve any discrepancies with relevant stakeholders (e.g., procurement team, vendors).
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage invoice batching, scheduling, and approval workflows to ensure timely payments to suppliers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and process employee expense claims through CONCUR Tool ensuring compliance with company policy and tax regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and manage open POs and pending invoices to ensure timely closure of accounts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate &amp; follow up the pending &amp; After the Fact Invoices to Procurement &amp; stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage Advances to Suppliers and follow up for settlement based on the P2P SOP
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle advance and aging reports and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Interacts with suppliers and internal stakeholders to address any issues related to invoicing, payment, and account reconciliation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure adherence to internal controls &amp; our global SOP.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that the vendors payment terms are maintained according to their contract.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fulfill any audit requirements related to P2P.
 </li>
 <li>
 Explore innovative solutions and automation opportunities.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
 </li>
 <li>
 1-3 years of experience in P2P or relevant finance functions in multinational company.
 </li>
 <li>
 SAP strong knowledge
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of internal control frameworks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication skills &amp; agility.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent Business language is a must.
 </li>
 <li>
 Power BI experience is a plus

 This role plays a key part in safeguarding product quality and consumer experience across the downstream supply chain in Saudi Arabia, working closely with distributors, trade partners, and internal stakeholders.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 On-Ground Quality Execution
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Conduct regular store, warehouse, and distributor quality checks in line with the annual quality plan.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with Bel quality standards across storage, handling, distribution, FEFO, cold chain, unloading, and co-packing activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan and conduct market visits across KSA and prepare detailed visit reports covering freshness, rotation, and market storage conditions.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Capability Building
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support in execution of quality audits for distributors and trade partners.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build quality awareness through regular training sessions and communication of good quality practices across logistics and distribution teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the customization and deployment of global quality standards to local market needs.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Quality Systems &amp; Monitoring
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Execute Consumer Experience Simulation (CES) activities and consolidate results with the central Quality function.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor product freshness, aging, and defect trends using tools such as MOIRA and Power BI.
 </li>
 <li>
 Validate MOIRA observations and ensure accurate data reporting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track and analyze quality KPIs and prepare monthly Quality and OTIF reports.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Incident &amp; Risk Management
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proactively identify quality risks in the market and propose mitigation actions in collaboration with Sales and Supply Chain teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct market quality scanning when required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Investigate local quality incidents and customer complaints, drive root cause analysis, and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow up on WeCare cases, provide customer feedback, and ensure proper case closure.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Cross-Functional Collaboration
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support internal quality initiatives such as the &ldquo;Make Consumer Smile&rdquo; program.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the downstream supply chain.
