 to support a major engineering and industrial programme based in Southampton. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter to make a real impact within a fast-paced, site-based environment.

 Regional Experienced Talent Recruiter
 
 , you will manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver effective sourcing strategies. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring a consistent and high-quality recruitment process while maintaining an excellent candidate experience.
 
 
 
 
 
 We are looking for a proactive and driven professional with 7&ndash;12 years of core recruitment experience (not HR generalist or business partnering). You will be confident sourcing talent creatively, managing multiple priorities, and working within a structured yet dynamic environment. The

 role offers genuine long-term potential, with the opportunity to convert to a permanent employee after 12 months, subject to performance and business need.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key requirements:
 
 
 <ul>

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing or related field (essential)
 </li>
 <li>
 7&ndash;12 years&rsquo; end-to-end recruitment experience (core recruiter background)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work fully on-site in Southampton (office attendance required)
 </li>
 <li>
 Full UK driving licence essential for site access
 </li>

 Rates:
 
 
 
 &pound;27.84 - &pound;43.58 Per Hour PAYE
 
 
 &pound;36.70 - &pound;56.14 Per Hour Umbrella
