Beles &amp; Beles is seeking to hire a California attorney who has superior legal research and writing skills and knowledge of criminal appeals and habeas corpus petitions. Some civil experience would be ideal but is not required.This position is well suited to an attorney looking to gain appellate expertise or an experienced attorney who desires a workplace where they will be surrounded by likeminded lawyers. Applicants should have a personal commitment and motivation to reducing penalties and punishments for people that have been convicted of crimes.Beles &amp; Beles has been defending clients since 1980 and we are proud of our track record representing a diverse clientele around the Bay Area that includes both ordinary people and high-profile clients. Beles &amp; Beles is proud to be the only firm in Northern California to have attorney specialists in Criminal, Immigration, and Appellate Law.We have a large caseload of criminal matters in all stages of litigation including criminal appeals and habeas corpus petitions in both state and federal courts.Admission into the California State Bar is required.Salary $120,000.00 to $130,000.00 plus benefits, healthcare, sick pay, vacation.
