Position Summary:</b></div>
<div>The Event Manager plays a key role in planning and executing all Club events, ensuring each experience exceeds member and guest expectations. Working closely with the Manager of Event Sales &amp; Operations and the Food &amp; Beverage Team, this individual helps bring the Club&rsquo;s vision to life through seamless coordination, creativity, and outstanding service.</div>

<div><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></div>
<ul><li><div>Plan and coordinate events with close attention to the overall calendar and available resources.</div>
</li><li><div>Develop comprehensive event plans outlining timelines, budgets, and required resources.</div>
</li><li><div>Collaborate with members and guests to understand event objectives and requirements.</div>
</li><li><div>Research and select appropriate venue spaces, ensuring they meet event needs.</div>
</li><li><div>Facilitate weekly BEO meetings with staff to ensure information is communicated to all departments in a timely manner.</div>
<div>Work closely with the Banquet Department to develop suitable menus and beverage offerings.</div>
<div>Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for all event services.</div>
<div>Build and maintain strong relationships with members and guests to provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the event planning process.</div>
</li><li><div>Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback to improve future events.</div>
</li><li><div>Work closely with the Marketing and Communications Director to promote events in a timely manner to maximize attendance and engagement.</div>
</li><li><div>Prepare and manage event budgets, including all expenses and labor; event cost tracking and P&amp;L reporting required.</div>
</li><li><div>Monitor financial performance and provide regular budget updates to leadership.</div>
</li><li><div>Foster a collaborative working environment and promote teamwork across departments.</div>
</li></ul><div><b>Qualifications:</b></div>
<ul><li>Education:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.</li>
</ul></li><li>Experience:
<ul><li>Proven experience (3+ years) as an Event Manager or similar role.</li>
<li>Demonstrated success in planning and executing large-scale, high-end events.</li>
</ul></li></ul><div><b>Skills:</b></div>
<ul><li><div>Excellent organizational and project management skills.</div>
</li><li><div>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.</div>
</li><li><div>Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.</div>
</li><li><div>Proficiency in event management software and tools.</div>
</li><li><div>Creative thinking and problem-solving capabilities.</div>
