Job Description 
We are seeking a passionate Senior Customer Care specialist based in Istanbul. You will serve as the main point of contact for our Turkish customers (Labels &amp; Artists), handling their requests and ensuring smooth operations in content delivery, royalties, and copyright matters, all while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Main roles and responsibilities:<ul><li>
Resolve issues related to content delivery, royalties, reporting, and copyright, ensuring compliance with SLAs.</li><li>
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely and efficient support.</li><li>
Onboard and train Artists and Labels on Believe's tools, ensuring effective use of the platform.</li><li>
Contribute to the support knowledge base to promote client autonomy and enhance internal processes.</li><li>
Communicate regularly with Sales teams to align on customer needs and feedback.</li><li>
Collaborate with Finance, Content, Product, and Contracts &amp; Rights teams to address operational and technical challenges.</li><li>
Monitor and escalate customer feedback and issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
<ul><li>
Minimum 3 years of experience in online customer service.</li><li>
Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on care, respect, and empathy.</li><li>
Strong problem-solving abilities.</li><li>
Good product knowledge.</li><li>
Passionate about technology.</li><li>
Experience with Salesforce and JIRA is a plus.</li><li>
Fluent in English</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).</li><li>
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.</li><li>
Familiarity with the music industry and digital platforms is an advantage.</li></ul>

Job Description 
The MEA-T (Middle East, Africa and Turkey) SCA (small catalog acquisition) Project Manager will be responsible for managing all catalogue acquisition processes within the region and ensuring efficient execution of transactions from pricing to deal closing &amp; integration. The Project Manager will directly report to General Manager Operations with dotted line to VP Catalog Acquisition. 
KEY RESPONISBILITIES 
<ul><li>
Manage end-to-end catalogue acquisition processes across MEA-T countries</li><li>
Oversee and prioritize the deal pipeline in collaboration with local teams - assessing 
deal eligibility and attractivity</li><li>
Analyze past catalogue performance, model future cash flows and determine target 
acquisition price</li><li>
Negotiate key business and financial terms of the transactions in collaboration with 
the Catalogue Acquisition Lawyer and the local team (non-binding agreements, asset purchase agreements)</li><li>
Prepare post-merger integration kick-off meetings, anticipating potential challenges 
and engaging relevant expert teams early in the process</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
<ul><li>
 Master&rsquo;s degree in business or finance</li><li>
 Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate Finance, M&amp;A or Transaction Services, with a proven track record of executing M&amp;A transactions (experience in IP acquisition is a plus)</li><li>
Strong analytical profile with deep understanding of valuation techniques and 
financial modeling</li><li>
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and 
collaborate effectively across multiple teams and geographies</li><li>
Fluent in English, both spoken and written</li></ul>
