What You'll Do
 Ensuring revenue and sales growth is being continuously maximized.
 Identify and building new relationships with key people and decision makers within the HVAC market.
 Developing strategic opportunities that are unique to Belimo and articulating that into a value proposition.
 Becoming a product expert within the business as well as providing product knowledge across the business.
 Delivering alignment to opportunities by collaborating with internal stakeholders.
 Managing the workload while using the CRM system. Update CRM regularly with new data and information from the market.
 Representing and promoting Belimo products at all trade events, industry functions and consumer exhibitions.
 Collaborate with the Division and Sales Managers to develop agreed upon territories growth plans, focusing on key initiatives with target End Users, FM companies, MEP Contractors, Control companies, ministries, and local industry organizations.
 Initiate new plans and strategies to help in specifying Belimo products (Valves, Actuators and Sensors) with Consultants and Clients.
 Establishing Belimo as the preferred (or “Standard”) valve, actuator and sensor product.
 Collaborate with the Division Manager on specific account management plans for each customer.
 Initiate and develop long-term relationships with key personnel at target groups, as defined by those account management plans.
 Conduct regular reviews to measure progress towards achievement of goals and objectives and adjust activities accordingly.
 Leverage Belimo training offerings by developing and implementing training programs (in person, online, self-study) to elevate the confidence and knowledge of the overall customer groups. Training is a key differentiator.
 Work with stakeholders to improve building efficiency and promote Belimo’s product offerings.
 Establish growth strategy to target key market segments such as data centers, Health Care, Education and Institutional facilities.
 Technical Expertise: Provide technical support and guidance to customers and projects.
 Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, customer needs and industry trends.
 Identify and develop new business opportunities within the contracting and MEP sectors across the UAE.
 Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and facility management companies.
 Promote Belimo’s product portfolio (actuators, valves, sensors, and energy valves) through technical presentations, site visits, and demonstrations.
 Achieve assigned sales targets, profitability goals, and market share objectives.
 Prepare and present commercial offers, tenders, and project quotations in coordination with internal teams.
 Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to clients, ensuring optimal selection, sizing, and integration of Belimo products.
 Review project specifications, drawings, and BOQs to recommend suitable product solutions.
 Assist consultants in product selection and specification inclusion for new projects.
 Coordinate with internal logistics and technical teams for order execution, delivery follow-up, and after-sales support.
 Conduct product training sessions, workshops, and technical seminars for key clients and partners.
 Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies within the contracting segment.
 Provide regular sales forecasts, project tracking reports, and CRM updates (via SAP portals).
 Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events to enhance Belimo’s market visibility.
 Who You Are
 Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or related field).
 Additional certifications in HVAC, Building Automation, or Energy Management are advantageous.
 Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the HVAC or building automation sector, preferably with a multinational or contracting-focused organization.
 Proven track record of managing MEP contractors and handling project-based sales.
 Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, control valves, damper actuators, and sensor applications.
 Familiarity with BMS integration and energy-efficient building solutions.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), CRM tools, and SAP environment.
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
 Self-driven, results-oriented, and customer-focused.
 Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multicultural environment.
 Based in Dubai with regular travel within UAE for client meetings and site visits.
 With UAE Driving license and own car

Contracting Sales Engineer

The BDM Data Center is responsible for developing a preference for Belimo products with targeted, major data center owners with global headquarters and/or in-house global engineering centers located in the EMEA Region. The BDM DC will develop and maintain relationships within the executive, facility design/management, engineering, and procurement ranks of these accounts in order to increase sales across all Belimo sales channels
 
The BDM DC is responsible for the further development and expansion of Belimo's data center business. Together with the country representatives, he/she ensures that a strategy is created for this vertical market and derived from this, initiatives that contribute to achieving the ambitious, planned growth of the ME region. Furthermore, she/he will continuously measure and improve processes for efficiency and effectiveness that enhance customer relationships, product positioning and brand recognition. The BDM DC will drive a culture of openness and collaboration across multinational teams and countries.
 
What You'll Do
 Develops a well-defined vertical market strategy with a unique Belimo value proposition for targeted, Enterprise and Colocation Data Center owner accounts.
 Builds personal relationships with executives, facility designers / managers, engineering managers, and procurement managers at targeted accounts in order to develop a preference for Belimo products at those accounts.
 Works closely with local CRAC/CRAH Manufacturers technical personnel and develops them to expand Belimo's share of wallet
 Provides a superior level of support to target accounts regardless of the sales channel they choose to use to procure Belimo products through.
 Leverages Belimo’s customization and technology advantages, tailored to the desires of specific target accounts, to help create value, brand preference, and long-term loyalty.
 Makes use of CRM to communicate target account project details to all involved Belimo personnel.
 Works closely with Belimo team members across all sales channels to insure successful sales outcomes on projects involving targeted accounts
 Develops annual revenue goals for target accounts and utilize CRM to track achievement against those goals
 Develops and maintain a database of all known projects in “sales funnel” and insure the appropriate Belimo team members are kept informed of project specific developments.
 Shares best practices and coordinate the pursuit of global data center projects with the EMEA Data Center team.
 Becomes active and network within data center industry trade organizations in the ME.
 Support the EMEA Data Center team for codeveloping the 1-5-10 years growth strategy and a business plan for this market
 Coaches the country management teams in developing their data center's strategy and business plan and makes sure that the strategies are in line with the Marketing and Sales Strategy of EMEA
 Assists the subsidiaries regarding the budgeting of data center business
 Monitors the performance of the data center business and initiates corrective actions if needed
 Is a member of the Sales Development Team of the Region EMEA
 Meets targets in accordance with the target agreement concluded with the Head of Sales Development EMEA
 Who You Are
 
Educational requirements: 
Technical educational background, preferably in HVAC
 Further education in sales management, business economics or equivalent
 
Experience requirements: 
Strong knowledge of the data center market
 Good network in the data center market
 8+ years experience in similar position
 Fluency in English any additional language is a plus
