Pay Range<ul><li>
Hourly rate: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour, based on experience</li></ul>
Schedule<ul><li>
Monday - Friday</li><li>
Rotating Saturday schedule</li><li>
40 hours per week, plus overtime</li></ul>

Responsibilities
 As a Parts Specialist, you will:<ul><li>
Sell parts to customers at the front counter using John Deere-specific software.</li><li>
Safely and securely transport parts, small equipment, and related supplies to customers and our locations in a timely, safe, and courteous manner.</li><li>
Travel to other locations for training and deliveries or operational support, including transporting parts as needed.</li><li>
Receive and put in place inventory, store parts, equipment, and materials in the warehouse.</li><li>
Provide excellent customer service according to the company&rsquo;s Customer Expectations Policy.</li><li>
Monitor and follow up on parts shortages and expedite orders as required by the Parts Supervisor.</li><li>
Maintain detailed records of all parts transactions, including receipts, issuances, and returns.</li><li>
Operate in the warehouse and assist in shipping and receiving.</li><li>
Maintain an accurate inventory and cycle counts of all parts at the location.</li><li>
Maintain records of pickup, deliveries, and obtain necessary signatures and receipts.</li><li>
Assist in maintaining all departmental tools and equipment.</li><li>
Utilize the surplus return program in line with the owner-group policy.</li><li>
Verify the accuracy of orders, including part numbers, quantities, and specifications.</li><li>
Coordinate the perpetual or annual physical inventory of all parts and related inventories.</li><li>
Participation in the on-call program.</li><li>
Maintain a clean and orderly work area, including the delivery vehicle, and showroom.</li><li>
Follow all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments.</li><li>
Promote and sell products and services to customers.</li><li>
Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>
Experience, Education, Skills, and Knowledge
 To be successful in this role, you should have:<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in supply chain management or a related field is a plus.</li><li>
Knowledge of safety protocols related to handling and storing parts and equipment.</li><li>
Working knowledge of parts, machinery, and a basic understanding of inventory management principles.</li><li>
Ability to operate a counterbalance forklift and order picker - prior experience preferred</li><li>
Ability to use the John Deere Parts Catalog computer applications.</li><li>
Ability to work in a team environment and strong interpersonal skills.</li><li>
Ability to write and speak effectively.</li><li>
Bilingual Spanish is a plus.</li><li>
Driver's License and ability to be covered by company auto insurance.</li></ul>
