The Leasing Consultant is responsible for welcoming prospective residents to the community, coordinating tours, and responding to incoming inquiries about leasing. The position will also interact with current residents regarding day-to-day issues as well as coordinating the renewals of existing leases. The Leasing Consultant will serve as a central point of communication between the Community residents, Community management, as well as community maintenance teams.<div>

Serve as the welcoming first point of contact for all residents, prospects, and visitors to the community</li><li>
Effectively lease apartments and sell property&rsquo;s products and services in accordance with budget</li><li>
Ensure Fair Housing Standards in all matters when working with prospects and residents</li><li>
Follow up on leasing traffic entries and monitor traffic trends</li><li>
Maintain thorough product knowledge of property and that of major competition</li><li>
Assist with marketing activities to position Bell communities as communities of choice</li><li>
Coordinate the resident application review in accordance with Bell guidelines</li><li>
Complete lease packets and files for each resident to include the lease, all addendums and other forms</li><li>
Regular attendance and punctuality</li><li>

Follow up with residents throughout the lease</li><li>
Receive any resident inquiries, complaints, or issues and provide timely follow up</li></ul>

A Maintenance Technician with Bell, performs a wide variety of maintenance, repair, groundskeeping, and other interior and exterior maintenance duties for the community under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor. Their responsibilities may include painting, snow/ice removal, gutter cleaning, replacing filters, working with trash compactor, plumbing, light bulb replacement, A/C maintenance, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical repair.<div>

</li><li>Attend in-service training and education sessions, as assigned

Minimum of 18 years of age
