The Performance Marketing Associate plays a key role in driving Bell&rsquo;s digital marketing performance and growth. You&rsquo;ll help execute, monitor, and optimize marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels, including internet listing services, search, display, social, and email. This role blends analytical rigor with creative execution ensuring Bell&rsquo;s campaigns attract high-quality leads, convert efficiently, and deliver measurable ROI.</div><div></div><div>
You&rsquo;ll collaborate closely with the Account Management Team to turn insights into action, learning how data, targeting, and storytelling come together to power one of the nation&rsquo;s leading multifamily brands.</div><div></div><div>
This is a hands-on, detail-driven role for someone who thrives in analytics, problem-solving, and continuous optimization.</div><div></div><div>
Essential Functions and Responsibilities</div><div></div><div>
Campaign Execution &amp; Optimization</div><ul><li><div>
Assist in the planning, setup, and daily management of campaigns across Internet Listing Sites, Google Ads, Bing, Meta, CTV, social and display networks.</div></li><li><div>
Monitor campaign performance and make real-time optimizations to improve CTR, conversion rates, and cost efficiency.</div></li><li><div>
Collaborate with creative and digital teams to refresh ad copy, imagery, and landing pages to support campaign goals.</div></li><li><div>
Maintain advertising platforms by updating budgets, targeting settings, and keyword lists to align with active campaigns.</div></li><li><div>
Track and report on campaign progress to ensure all initiatives stay within budget and meet KPIs.</div></li></ul><div></div><div>
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)</div><ul><li><div>
Support on-page and technical SEO projects, including metadata, internal linking, and content optimization.</div></li><li><div>
Conduct keyword and competitive analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and ranking improvements.</div></li><li><div>
Monitor organic traffic and engagement performance, providing insights and recommendations for ongoing enhancement.</div></li></ul><div></div><div>
Analytics &amp; Reporting</div><ul><li><div>
Assist in building and maintaining performance dashboards and reports that measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.</div></li><li><div>
Analyze data across platforms (Google Analytics, GA4, Ads Manager, etc.) to surface trends and insights that inform strategy.</div></li><li><div>
Prepare and present performance summaries, highlighting successes, learnings, and optimization opportunities.</div></li><li><div>
Partner with Account Management to translate data findings into actionable marketing strategies.</div></li></ul><div></div><div>
Cross-Functional Collaboration</div><ul><li><div>
Work with teams to align creative and messaging across paid and organic channels.</div></li><li><div>
Ensure all campaigns and creatives meet Bell&rsquo;s brand and compliance standards.</div></li><li><div>
Participate in testing and rollout of new digital tools and marketing technologies.</div></li><li><div>
Stay current on digital marketing trends, search algorithm updates, and platform innovations to help the team evolve strategies.</div></li></ul><div></div><div>

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:</div><ul><li><div>
Familiarity with platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics (GA4).</div></li><li><div>
Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush preferred.</div></li><li><div>
Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills for tracking and interpreting data.</div></li><li><div>
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</div></li><li><div>
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical findings clearly.</div></li><li><div>
Curiosity and drive to stay ahead of trends in performance marketing, automation, and AI-driven optimization.</div></li><li><div>

2-3 years of experience in performance marketing, SEO, PPC, or related analytical roles.</div></li><li><div>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).</div></li></ul><div></div><div>
