The Leasing Consultant is responsible for welcoming prospective residents to the community, coordinating tours, and responding to incoming inquiries about leasing. The position will also interact with current residents regarding day-to-day issues as well as coordinating the renewals of existing leases. The Leasing Consultant will serve as a central point of communication between the Community residents, Community management, as well as community maintenance teams.<div>

What you&rsquo;ll do to make a difference:<ul><li>
Serve as the welcoming first point of contact for all residents, prospects, and visitors to the community</li><li>
Effectively lease apartments and sell property&rsquo;s products and services in accordance with budget</li><li>
Ensure Fair Housing Standards in all matters when working with prospects and residents</li><li>
Follow up on leasing traffic entries and monitor traffic trends</li><li>
Maintain thorough product knowledge of property and that of major competition</li><li>
Assist with marketing activities to position Bell communities as communities of choice</li><li>
Coordinate the resident application review in accordance with Bell guidelines</li><li>
Complete lease packets and files for each resident to include the lease, all addendums and other forms</li><li>
Regular attendance and punctuality</li><li>
Proper documentation</li><li>
Follow up with residents throughout the lease</li><li>
Receive any resident inquiries, complaints, or issues and provide timely follow up</li></ul>
What you bring to our team:<ul><li>
Understanding of and alignment with Bell Core Values</li><li>
High School diploma or GED
</li><li>1+ years&rsquo; customer service experience; hospitality or apartment leasing role</li><li>

</div>The Maintenance Assistant is responsible for the cleanliness of the community grounds. The responsibilities include the daily upkeep of the property, buildings, and grounds. They will act under the direction of the Community Manager and/or Maintenance Manager.<div>

 What you&rsquo;ll do to make a difference:
<ul><li>Maintain the grounds of the assigned property</li><li>
Maintain cleanliness outside each building and the grounds surrounding each building</li><li>
Maintain a uniform landscaped look by picking up all debris around buildings, common areas, and through breezeways of buildings</li><li>
Clean out building gutters</li><li>
Plant and tend to flowerbeds, trees, and shrubs; trim, mow lawns; apply fertilizer and insecticides; and utilize pest control equipment</li><li>
Follow well-established procedures for the basic maintenance of tools and equipment such as lubricating, sharpening, replacing broken handles, and making simple adjustments, and repairs, as necessary</li><li>
Clean and remove trash</li><li>
May perform pool maintenance duties</li><li>
Shovel snow when necessary</li><li>
Spread salt on public passageways to prevent ice buildup when necessary</li><li>
Clean vacated apartments as directed by the Maintenance Manager, completely and on schedule</li><li>
Clean Common areas daily</li><li>
Ensure that the amenities are continually maintained in a clean and orderly manner, including fitness facility, bathrooms, laundry facilities, business center, offices and clubhouse</li><li>
Assist maintenance team in vacant units or with other light work orders/punch lists, including painting, moving appliances (Maintenance Assistants cannot take on-call)</li><li>
Follow all safety/OSHA Requirements</li><li>
Regular attendance and punctuality</li></ul>
What you bring to our team:<ul><li>
Understanding of and alignment with Bell Core Values
</li><li>Minimum of 18 years of age
</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent
</li><li>2+ years of experience in grounds keeping in a multi-family environment
</li><li>2+ years of experience in landscaping
</li><li>HVAC/EPA certifications may be required in communities, based on staffing levels
</li></ul>Physical requirements of the job:<ul><li>
Walking, bending, reaching, climbing, and lifting to 80 lbs.</li><li>
Ability to work with mechanical and electrical equipment, as well as hazardous materials</li><li>
Must be comfortable with heights and moving heavy objects</li></ul></div>

Hourly: $17.50 - $19.50
Incentive compensation opportunities are available and are performance based.
