As a Senior Leasing Consultant with Bell, you will have primary marketing responsibilities as they pertain to interfacing with prospective residents in the community. This position is responsible for handling day-to-day issues with current residents and coordinating the renewals of existing leases with a staff of at least 3 Leasing Consultants under the supervision of the Community Manager.<div><div>

What you&rsquo;ll do to make a difference:<ul><li>
Provide excellent service to all residents, prospects, and visitors to the community
</li><li>Effectively lease apartments following budget guidelines</li><li>
Set leasing goals for the property with the Community Manager
</li><li>Provide timely reporting on leasing statistics, under the direction of the Community Manager
</li><li>Follow Fair Housing Standards in all matters when working with prospects and residents
</li><li>Conduct outside marketing activities to position Bell communities as communities of choice
</li><li>Coordinate the application review for each lease including credit and income verifications
</li><li>Complete lease packets and files for each resident to include the lease, all addendums, and other proper documentation</li><li>
Ensure the condition of leased apartments before move-in, including a final inspection and walk-through with the resident</li><li>
Follow up with residents throughout their lease terms and coordinate the renewal process for each lease
</li>Regular attendance and punctuality

</li></ul>What you bring to our team:<ul><li>
Demonstration of Bell Core Values</li><li>
BA/BS in business, sales, or related field, relevant experience, or a combination</li><li>
2+ years of experience in multi-family leasing or 2+ years of experience in B2B selling desired
</li><li>Strong marketing skills required</li><li>
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
</li><li>Ability to successfully work on a team</li><li>
Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite preferred</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li></ul>
Physical requirements of the job:<ul><li>
Walking, bending, reaching, climbing, and lifting to 30 lbs.</li><li>
Ability to work with mechanical and electrical equipment, as well as hazardous materials</li><li>
Must be comfortable with heights and moving heavy objects</li></ul>
