Bring your skills and experience as a real estate and international law attorney for Bell Textron Inc., a military and commercial helicopter company. This position is on site in Fort Worth, Texas, based at both Bell Commercial Business Center and Bell Headquarters, and supports all global locations. This position reports to the Deputy General Counsel of Commercial Business and provides legal analysis and opinions to Bell&rsquo;s business units, functions, and senior management on a broad range of issues pertaining to real property, construction, market-entry structuring, property rights, regulatory, and establishing and managing legal entities in international markets. What you&rsquo;ll be doing as a Senior Attorney:
<ul><li>Be the primary attorney devoted to facilities matters and Bell&rsquo;s governance and legal management of global legal entities.</li>
<li>Deliver timely, practical legal and business advice to Bell&rsquo;s domestic and international operations.</li>
<li>Provide legal guidance on a variety of real estate related issues and policies including transaction financing, leasing, and construction.</li>
<li>Manage and track legal entity licensing, local registrations, and general compliance and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.</li>
<li>Manage outside counsel on real estate and corporate matters.</li>
<li>Moderate travel is possible.</li>

</ul>What you need to be successful:
<ul><li>J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school is required.</li>
<li>5 years combined experience in commercial real estate law practice, either at a law firm and/or an in-house legal department. (If the experience is with an in-house legal department, a global company with manufacturing operations is preferred).</li>
<li>Specific experience with Texas real estate and international commercial real estate is preferred.</li>
<li>Good standing with at least one State Bar is required; (Texas bar is preferred).</li>
<li>International entity governance experience is preferred.</li>

Description
Summary of Work Performed:
Under the general supervision of a supervisor or an employee of equal or higher rank, Mfg. Eng.
Resource Planner III is responsible for administering effective allocation of manufacturing
resources for process planning creation and maintenance. Responsible for BOM consumption,
Computer Aided Planning (CAP) routing creation and manufacturing items orders for
manufacturing operations in Bell business systems. When a Manufacturing Computer Aided
Design (MCAD) model exists, responsible for creation and maintenance of manufacturing
instructions (drawings &amp; modeling). Must have knowledge of shop production and processing
operations. Work in accordance with management strategies and concepts as well as program
and departmental processes and procedures using Bell Business Systems. May train one or
more employees. Work Performed:
<ul><li>Interrogate, analyze, comprehend, and interpret various Engineering Drawings,</li>
</ul>Models, Bills of Materials, Technical Specifications, Quality Documents, Bell
Process Framework, and departmental procedures as necessary to perform assigned
work.
<ul><li>Responsible for accurate BOM management and consumption for manufacturing</li>
</ul>operations.
<ul><li>Create and maintain proper work sequence documentation and CAP routings.</li>
<li>Responsible for creating manufacturing items orders/requests including but not</li>
</ul>limited to NC Programs, Tools/Fixtures, and Gages.
<ul><li>Provide process planning support to manufacturing operations through production</li>
</ul>order maintenance, tool maintenance requests, and various other planning liaisons
functions.
<ul><li>Responsible for creating and maintaining applicable dimensional charts,</li>
</ul>manufacturing instructions (text based and 2D/3D format), material operation
diagrams and ply tables as required.
<ul><li>When a Manufacturing Computer Aided Design (MCAD) model exists,</li>
</ul>responsible for creation and maintenance of manufacturing instructions(drawings &amp; modeling).
<ul><li>Working knowledge of Loft, Engineering, Tooling, Manufacturing and</li>
</ul>Planning processes and procedures
<ul><li>Skilled in the concept related to the application of GD&amp;T/ Aerospace</li>
</ul>tolerances Supports producibility assessments when requested.
<ul><li>Maintains records and schedules of work assigned. Will meet established</li>
</ul>company cost control standards, schedule and quality requirements to maintain market competitiveness.
<ul><li>Provide technical assistance to procurement and suppliers as determined by management.</li>
<li>Execute strong communication skills, both verbal and written, required to communicate and interact between internal and external customers.</li>
<li>Apply extensive aircraft manufacturing knowledge and be prepared to train, direct, instruct, and check/validate Production Engineering work.</li>
<li>Required to attend training and complete competency-based testing as required by management to remain current with technological advancements.</li>
</ul>Qualifications
Educational Requirements
Two (2) years college or two (2) years of experience in the aircraft industry or completed related Bell apprentice program. Demonstrated capability to adequately perform the essential functions and responsibilities related to the application of GD&amp;T/Aerospace tolerances. Demonstrated experience in technical writing or experience utilizing technical writing in an aerospace/manufacturing environment. Demonstrated computer proficiency in planning software, Microsoft Office Suite, ERP/MRP software, tool design repositories, and CAD software. Preferred demonstrated experience in manufacturing of composite or metallic materials. Preferred experience in machined parts. Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Job Description:
<ul><li>Expedites all assembly and detailed items appearing on shortage lists or schedule lists.</li>
<li>Expedites parts through the various departments and operation.</li>
<li>Follows up purchasing or vendor contact men to obtain sub-contracted or purchased parts in conformance to the schedule.</li>
<li>Makes sure that required parts or assemblies reach the installation point at the proper time in the proper sequence and in sufficient quantity, in keeping with the schedule.</li>
<li>Determines reasons for delays in delivery of parts and suggests possible corrective action.</li>
<li>In cases of material shortages, may suggest possible substitutes and obtain necessary approvals.</li>
<li>Determines urgency of various jobs and gives preferences to those most urgently needed.</li>
<li>Follows up Engineering change notices.</li>
<li>May coordinate the functions of lower grade dispatchers.</li>
<li>Prepares shortage log, records all MDR&rsquo;s from inspection review crib, and expedites rework or replacement. Tools &amp; Equipment Used:</li>
<li>Those necessary to perform the work involved</li>

Experience &amp; other requirements:
Three years related experience as a dispatcher.
