Overview We are seeking an energetic and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer support and administrative assistance. This role requires a proactive individual who can efficiently manage front desk operations while maintaining a welcoming environment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner.</li><li>Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel.</li><li>Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the calendar for the office.</li><li>Perform data entry tasks accurately using computerized systems.</li><li>Maintain organized filing systems and ensure all documents are up-to-date.</li><li>Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and packages.</li><li>Provide administrative support to staff as needed, including clerical duties.</li><li>Assist with billing inquiries and coordinate with the dental team if applicable.</li><li>Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proficiency in Google Suite and other office software applications.</li><li>Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.</li><li>Bilingual abilities are a plus to enhance communication with diverse clients.</li><li>Excellent customer support skills with a friendly demeanor.</li><li>Previous experience as a clerk or in an administrative role is preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with dental receptionist duties is advantageous but not required.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.</li><li>Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with clients and team members.</li></ul>Join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist where you can make a positive impact on our clients' experiences while developing your career in a supportive environment.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hourLanguage:<ul><li>Spanish (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Durham, NC 27713 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
