*Job Summary*We are seeking a skilled Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will assist healthcare professionals in providing quality patient care in a medical setting.*Responsibilities*- Perform clinical and administrative tasks to support healthcare providers- Record patient history and chief complaint, prepare patients for examinations and perform routine screening tests.- Assist with patient examinations and procedures- Take patient medical histories and vital signs- Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations- Administer medications as directed by healthcare providers- Conduct basic laboratory tests.- Perform EKGs.- Answer phone calls from pateint, physicians and facilities regarding clinical items.-Maintain a professional, cooperative relationship with physicians, co-workers and management.- Provide patient education and instructions as neededPhysical Requirements- Frequent sitting at a desk for office work.- this position is very active and requires standing, walking ,bending,kneeling , and stooping all day.- Duites require attention to detail, alertness, problem-solving, tolerance to stress, and exercising sound judgement.If you are a dedicated Medical Assistant with the required skills, we invite you to apply for this rewarding opportunity to contribute to the well-being of our patients.Job Type: Full-timePay: From $17.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
