We&rsquo;re growing, and we need a sharp, proactive marketer who can translate our treatments and seasonal promos into compelling content and campaigns that convert.Your RoleYou&rsquo;ll execute and help manage digital marketing across the following areas:CRM &amp; Email Marketing<ul><li>Manage CRM flows, campaigns, and segmentation</li><li>Build email newsletters and promotional blasts tied to booking goals</li></ul>Promos &amp; Campaigns<ul><li>Support monthly and seasonal marketing calendars</li><li>Execute seasonal promotions and assist with copy and creative coordination</li></ul>Website &amp; Booking Platform<ul><li>Update treatment descriptions, pricing, and new services</li><li>Update ecommerce product pages</li><li>Optimize pages for SEO (keywords, metadata, alt text, internal linking)</li><li>Experience with Wordpress/Woocommerce platforms is ideal</li></ul>Social Media &ndash; Organic &amp; Paid<ul><li>Create and schedule Instagram posts, Reels, and Stories</li><li>Stay current on platform trends and algorithm changes</li><li>Develop content strategies focused on organic growth</li><li>Pivot quickly when content isn&rsquo;t performing</li><li>Launch and monitor paid ads (Meta, Google) is a plus</li></ul>Analytics &amp; Optimization<ul><li>Track performance across email, ads, and social</li><li>Recommend quick wins and improvements based on data</li></ul>Additional Support Areas (as needed and as time allows)<ul><li>Capture or coordinate spa content (e.g., photos, Reels, behind-the-scenes)</li><li>Light image/video editing using tools like Canva or CapCut</li><li>Engage with the community via comments, DMs, tags, and local collaborations</li><li>Monitor brand visibility on review platforms (e.g., Yelp, Google)</li><li>Help ensure alignment between booking, CRM, and social channels (basic marketing ops)</li></ul>Who You Are<ul><li>5+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle</li><li>Strong writer, content creator, and digital generalist</li><li>Up-to-date on SEO best practices and how to drive organic traffic</li><li>Excellent communicator and reliable team player</li><li>Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable learning new tools as needed</li><li>Familiar with CMS tools, booking platforms, and Canva-level design work</li><li>NYC-based or familiar with independent brand culture is a plus</li><li>Genuinely passionate about the beauty and service industry: you understand the customer mindset and care about elevating the client experience</li></ul>Details<ul><li>Type: Freelance / Part-Time (approximately 16 hrs/week to start)</li><li>Location: Remote with on-site visits (Brooklyn)</li><li>Compensation: Competitive hourly or monthly retainer, depending on experience</li></ul>MagdaJob Types: Part-time, FreelancePay: $40.00 - $70.00 per hourExpected hours: 16 per weekWork Location: Hybrid remote in Brooklyn, NY 11201
