Position Summary: The HVAC Technician Assistant will support HVAC Technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role, based in Vijayanagar, Toranagallu, Ballari, Karnataka, is ideal for candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in any field and an ITI qualification.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist HVAC Technicians:</li><li>Support technicians in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting HVAC systems.</li><li>Handle tools and equipment as directed and assist in resolving system issues.</li><li>Material Handling and Setup:</li><li>Transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites and organize them efficiently.</li><li>Set up work areas, including ladders, scaffolding, and other required equipment.</li><li>Perform Basic Maintenance Tasks:</li><li>Replace air filters, clean coils, and perform basic maintenance under supervision.</li><li>Assist in testing and calibrating HVAC systems to ensure proper operation.</li><li>Documentation and Reporting:</li><li>Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.</li><li>Communicate progress and any issues to the lead technician or supervisor.</li><li>Adherence to Safety Standards:</li><li>Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company guidelines and local regulations during tasks.</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills:<ul><li>Education: ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certificate in any field.</li><li>Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in any field, with a preference for technical or maintenance roles.</li><li>Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of tools and equipment; prior exposure to HVAC systems is a plus.</li><li>Physical Fitness: Ability to work in various environments and lift heavy equipment as needed.</li><li>Communication Skills: Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team.</li><li>Learning Orientation: Willingness to develop skills and grow in the HVAC industry.</li></ul>Job Location:Vijayanagar, Toranagallu, Ballari, KarnatakaWork Environment:<ul><li>Work involves exposure to varying temperatures, confined spaces, and physical labor.</li><li>Flexibility in working hours, including occasional overtime or weekend shifts.</li></ul>Reports To:<ul><li>HVAC Technician or Supervisor</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Ballari, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>25% (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In personExpected Start Date: 01/12/2024
