 Role:
 
 
 
 We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Project Management Associate. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting and coordinating various project tasks, ensuring smooth project execution, and meeting deadlines.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist Team Leads in developing and maintaining project management plans, timelines, budgets and support in project documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track project progress, identify and address potential roadblocks, and escalate issues to relevant Team Leads and Management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and status reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate communication between project team members, clients, and external vendors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and present project updates and reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with resource allocation and task delegation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform administrative tasks, such as creating and maintaining project files, scheduling meetings, and booking travel.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay updated on project management best practices and methodologies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 3 year of project management experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational and time management skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira) a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Detail-oriented and highly organized.
 </li>
