Join us and play a key role in creating a smooth-running office environment that fosters productivity and positive interactions!Duties<ul><li>Preform employee onboarding, including obtaining all required hire documents, certifications, licenses, and trainings ensuring employee files are accurate and complete</li><li>Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records to support office operations and administrative workflows</li><li>Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or in person</li><li>Support office management activities such as supply ordering, maintaining office equipment, and organizing files for easy access</li><li>Proofread correspondence, documents, and reports to ensure clarity and accuracy before distribution</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven office experience with strong clerical skills and familiarity with office management procedures</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications; computer literacy is essential</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry and document proofreading</li><li>Human Resource background is highly desirable to assist diverse employee needs and enhance communication within the team</li><li>Demonstrated customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle multiple lines efficiently</li><li>Ability to manage time effectively while juggling various responsibilities in a busy office setting</li></ul>Join our team as an Administrative Assistant where your organizational prowess and proactive attitude will make a meaningful impact every day!
