<li>Perform wheel alignments, steering/suspension repairs, oil changes, and other routine services.
</li><li>Ensure all work meets Belle Tire's high-quality and safety standards.
</li><li>Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding customer expectations for quality and service.
</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned by your manager.

Minimum Qualifications:</div>

<li>18 years old</li>
<li>Valid driver's license</li>
<li>State of Michigan Mechanic Certification (Applicable in Michigan Only)

Alignment Technician

<div><div>As a Senior Accountant at Belle Tire, you'll play a key role in driving financial clarity and operational excellence across a fast-growing organization. </div><ul><li>Complete high-volume cash reconciliations with strong attention to detail</li>
<li>Perform and resolve balance sheet reconciliations, including payroll-related accounts and prepaid insurance</li>
<li>Support payroll accounting processes and ensure accuracy of related entries and reconciliations</li>
<li>Perform month-end and year-end close activities</li>
<li>Analyze Profit &amp; Loss statements related to assigned responsibilities</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies</li>
<li>Provide support to the Cash Specialist function and Finance Help Desk</li>
<li>Assist with annual financial statement audit activities</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and drive automation</li>
<li>Participate in ad-hoc projects as business needs evolve</li>

</div><div>Minimum Qualifications:
</div><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
</li>4<li>-6 years of accounting experience.
</li><li>Proficient in SAP</li>
<li>Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
</li><li>Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships across the organization.
</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment while remaining adaptable and focused on what truly matters.
</li><li>Ability to work independently with initiative and accountability, as well as collaboratively within a team.
