Leadership &amp; People Development</b></p>

<li>Support the Store Manager in coaching, developing, and motivating the store team.</li>
<li>Lead by example, fostering accountability, teamwork, and engagement consistent with Belle Tire's culture.</li>
<li>Observe and assist in conducting team huddles, provide real-time coaching, feedback, and training to help team members grow.</li>
<li>Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and engagement consistent with Belle Tire's values.</li>
<li>Act as the manager on duty in the Store Manager's absence, ensuring alignment and continuity.</li>
<li>Think ahead and connect daily activities to broader store goals, demonstrating strategic vision and continuous improvement.</li>

<p><b>Sales &amp; Customer Experience</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Champion Belle Tire's 6-Step Sales Process to drive sales, trust, and customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>Actively engage with customers to identify needs, present solutions, and close sales.</li>
<li>Support sales of all product lines, including commercial and national accounts.</li>
<li>Monitor customer feedback and assist in maintaining high service standards.</li>
<li>Deliver elite results by modeling strong communication, solution-oriented service, and follow-through that builds long-term customer relationships.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Operational Management</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Oversee daily store functions, including workflow, scheduling, inventory, cleaning and shop coordination.</li>
<li>Support compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures.</li>
<li>Ensure timely communication and execution of company initiatives.</li>
<li>Partner with the Store Manager to manage vendor relationships, product availability, and shop productivity.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Financial &amp; Business Management</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Assist with P&amp;L management by monitoring sales, labor, and expense performance.</li>
<li>Analyze reports and metrics to identify improvement opportunities.</li>
<li>Help execute strategies to achieve or exceed store goals and financial targets.</li>
<li>Maintain accuracy in reporting, recordkeeping, and inventory management.</li>
</ul>

Minimum Qualifications:</div>

<li>High school diploma or equivalent required;
</li>2<li>-4 years of leadership experience in a retail or related customer-facing environment.

</li><li>Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
</li><li>Financial literacy and comfort with operational reporting and performance metrics.
</li><li>Proficiency in POS systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.</li>

</div><p>This position is based within a tire and automotive service retail store. Varying work hours, Monday through Saturday, with possible overtime. Fast-paced workshop setting with physical demands, including extended standing, lifting up to 75 pounds, and exposure to moderate noise, temperature changes, and shop conditions. Travel may be required for meetings, training, or multi-store support.
