We are seeking an Estate/Trust Administration Paralegal with a passion for helping families navigate life&rsquo;s most important transitions.This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, client-focused, and experienced in the Pennsylvania probate and trust administration process. We offer the flexibility of working remote while being part of a supportive and collaborative team.Key Responsibilities:&middot; Guide clients compassionately through the probate and trust administration process&middot; Prepare and file Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax Returns (REV-1500) and Federal Fiduciary Income Tax Returns (1041)&middot; Collect and organize financial documentation related to estate assets, liabilities, and distributions&middot; Maintain accurate probate records, accountings, and estate bank statements&middot; Draft estate inventories, disclaimers, receipts and releases, and other court documents&middot; Ensure timely filing for three-month inheritance tax discount and closing procedures&middot; Communicate with clients, financial institutions, and beneficiaries to facilitate information flow and task completionRequired Skills and Qualifications:&middot; Required Minimum 7 years of experience in Pennsylvania estate and trust administration&middot; Required Proficiency with Lackner 6-in-1 Probate &amp; Trust Administration software&middot; Strong working knowledge of PA Inheritance Tax, Federal Estate Tax, and Fiduciary Income Tax&middot; Exceptional written and verbal communication skills&middot; Ability to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy and empathy&middot; Experience working in a legal case management system and Microsoft Office Suite&middot; Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.&middot; Strong commitment to the mission of the firm&middot; Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative, fast-paced team.&middot; High emotional intelligence and empathy for working with clients and families during sensitive times.&middot; Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.Job Type: Full-timePay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Required - Do you have experience with Lackner 6-in-1 Probate &amp; Trust Administration software?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Estate/Trust Administration: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
