</div><div><b>Responsibilities:</b></div>
<ul><li>Supervise and support nursing staff in delivering high-quality patient care.</li>
<li>Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of patient care plans.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with hospice regulations and standards.</li>
<li>Provide training and mentorship to nursing staff to enhance their skills.</li>
<li>Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.</li>
<li>Manage patient admissions and discharges effectively.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate documentation and records of patient care.</li>
<li>Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.</li>
</ul><div><b>Requirements:</b></div>
<ul><li>Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in California.</li>
<li>Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in hospice or home health.</li>
<li>Previous supervisory or leadership experience is highly desired.</li>
<li>Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and manage a diverse team.</li>
<li>Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to patient-centered care.</li>
<li>Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation.</li>
