About the Role

This role will report to the Director of Sales and is responsible for actively managing Bellwether Coffee&rsquo;s sales pipeline. The position will grow the qualified lead pipeline for Account Executives across both inbound and outbound efforts, working closely with the Marketing and Sales teams. The SDR&rsquo;s duties will include lead flow management, qualifying leads, prospect communications, and reporting with the goal of maximizing both near term and long term revenue for Bellwether. This is a high-impact entry role with a clear path to Account Executive as our customer base and team continue to grow. 
Primary Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Drive a high volume of daily outreach (calls, emails, texts) to prospects</li>
<li>Manage and qualify hundreds of inbound leads monthly, ensuring timely follow-up</li>
<li>Deliver Bellwether&rsquo;s value proposition clearly and effectively to prospects</li>
<li>Update fields in the CRM based on lead information and activities</li>
<li>Qualify leads on most recent criteria and route to the appropriate Account Executives</li>
<li>Execute outbound and account-based marketing (ABM) activities to target coffee businesses that fit our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)</li>
<li>Partner with Marketing to nurture leads through the funnel until they&rsquo;re sales-ready</li>
<li>Evolve processes for efficiency and impact to streamline the sales development function</li>
<li>Support Bellwether virtual sales events to engage with prospects</li>
<li>Meet or exceed quota for sales meetings booked</li>
<li>Regularly provide status report to team; participate in performance and learnings meeting</li>
<li>Contribute to special projects and initiatives as needed</li></ul> 


Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Minimum 2 years professional experience in sales (preferably B2B for SMB)</li>
<li>Undergraduate degree or equivalent SMB sales experience preferred 
</li>
<li>Exceptional verbal and written communication</li>
<li>Demonstrated social/interpersonal and relationship management skills</li>
<li>Independent self-starter with high sense of urgency and ownership</li>
<li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process driven</li>
<li>Familiarity with retail business &amp; Coffee industry experience a plus</li>
<li>Basic understanding of CRM and ESP systems (Hubspot, Salesforce)</li>
<li>Comfort working in a fast paced environment, dealing with change, and collaborating closely with others</li>
