Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a willingness to learn and a coachable demeanor. This role is essential in ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards, providing a safe and efficient environment for all occupants.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform routine maintenance and repairs on residential properties, ensuring all systems are functioning properly.</li><li>Supervise and lead maintenance projects, coordinating with other team members to ensure timely completion.</li><li>Fabricate necessary components as needed for repairs or upgrades.</li><li>Execute residential painting tasks to maintain aesthetic standards.</li><li>Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, performing regular inspections and servicing as required.</li><li>Utilize mechanical knowledge to diagnose and resolve issues with machinery and equipment.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various maintenance issues effectively.</li><li>Leadership experience is preferred, particularly in supervising teams or projects.</li><li>Familiarity with residential painting techniques is a plus.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.</li></ul>Join us in maintaining our facilities at peak performance while contributing to a positive work environment!Job Type: Full-timePay: $13.75 - $16.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
