Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p><b>
Administrative Support:</b> Perform a range of office tasks efficiently.</p></li><li><div><b>
Patient Assistance:</b> Support the Hearing Care Professional in guiding patients and serve as their primary liaison.</div></li><li><div><b>
Appointment Management:</b> Optimize scheduling to maximize test opportunities and track patient engagement.</div></li><li><div><b>
Marketing &amp; Sales:</b> Assist with local marketing efforts, cultivating new community relationships and referrals.</div></li><li><div><b>
Communication:</b> Handle incoming calls and follow up with patients professionally.</div></li><li><div><b>
Documentation &amp; Compliance:</b> Process clinic forms accurately to ensure HIPAA and state law compliance, including verifying patient eligibility.</div></li><li><div><b>
Financial Processing:</b> Manage payments, reconcile cash balances, and oversee inventory.</div></li><li><p><b>
Office Environment:</b> Maintain a clean, welcoming workspace.</p></li></ul><p><b>
Qualifications</b></p><ul><li><p>
High School diploma or equivalent required.</p></li><li><div>
Preferred: 2 years&rsquo; experience in office administration, sales, or customer service.</div></li><li><div>
Proficiency in MS Office.</div></li><li><p>
Flexibility to work varying hours.</p></li></ul><p><b>
