Overview: We&rsquo;re looking for a focused and motivated Graphic Designer and Marketing Assistant to join Beltway Lending. This role centers on producing and refining visual assets for all our marketing channels. You&rsquo;ll create graphics, clean up and finalize design files, prepare assets for social media and email campaigns, and support day-to-day marketing operations. You&rsquo;ll work closely with our Marketing Director to keep the content engine moving and ensure everything stays polished and on brand.About Us: Beltway Lending is one of the fastest growing companies in the real estate investment world. Plenty of room to grow your creative and marketing skill set.Duties:<ul><li>Create graphics for social posts, ads, email campaigns, event materials, and internal brand assets.</li><li>Edit, clean, and finalize design files for daily publishing across multiple brands.</li><li>Work with the Marketing Director to prepare asset packs for editors, videographers, and contractors.</li><li>Build branded templates in Canva and Adobe tools for recurring series and campaigns.</li><li>Assist with layout and design for print items, such as flyers, event signage, and merchandise.</li><li>Prep visual assets for YouTube thumbnails, Instagram Reels covers, TikTok covers, and LinkedIn post images.</li><li>Maintain brand consistency across Beltway Lending, Beltway Mortgage, Brian Valdivia&rsquo;s accounts, and the podcast.</li><li>Help organize shared design files, ensuring assets are uploaded, labeled, and ready for use.</li><li>Support social media scheduling by preparing visuals and checking that formats, ratios, and placements are correct.</li><li>Help with light marketing tasks like gathering analytics, preparing simple reports, and updating shared calendars.</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Graphic Design: Strong eye for layout, typography, color, and brand consistency. Ability to create polished graphics quickly.</li><li>Design Tools: Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva.
