In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in Sales in Colorado SpringThe ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a proven track record in account management and technical sales. You will play a crucial role in building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that enhance their business operations.25% Office and 75% on road to see customersClient Base:<ul><li>Interior Designers</li><li>Kitchens &amp; Baths Stores</li><li>Cabinet Makers</li><li>Builders</li><li>Fabricators</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.</li><li>Build, maintain, and expand relationships with existing and new clients.</li><li>Manage pricing strategies and consistently achieve sales targets.</li><li>Ensure brochures, samples, and product displays are updated and effectively placed at customer locations.</li><li>Provide product training and education to clients.</li><li>Track and report market conditions, including competitor activity.</li><li>Represent BENAA/VICOSTONE at trade shows and industry events.</li><li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities through warm calling and networking.</li><li>Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively while maintaining strong client relationships..</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.</li><li>Utilize ERP System for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics.</li><li>Daily CRM, Weekly quick report</li><li>Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions for demand and sales to het the target monthly/quarterly</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Several years of proven sales experience in the stone or construction industry.</li><li>Established network within stone fabricators, interior designers, kitchen &amp; bath professionals, developers, contractors, and builders.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license.</li><li>Computer literacy.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently.</li><li>Competitive drive and passion for success.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building relationships.</li><li>Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing customer interactions.</li><li>Demonstrated leadership abilities in driving sales initiatives and mentoring junior team members is a plus.</li></ul>If you meet these qualifications and are excited about this opportunity, we encourage you to apply today! for Outside Sales position.Schedule:<ul><li>8 hour daily (Flexible)</li><li>Weekends as needed in rotation</li></ul>Supplemental Pay:<ul><li>Bonus opportunities</li><li>Commission pay</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>High school or higer (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Outside Sales/ Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)</li><li>Kitchens and Baths Sales: 2 years (Preferred)</li><li>Interior Designers Sales : 2 years</li></ul>Ability to Commute:Work Location: Hybrid remote in<ul><li>Brighton CO 80601</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Mileage reimbursement</li><li>Professional development assistance</li></ul>People with a criminal record are encouraged to applyEducation:<ul><li>High school or equivalent (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Kitchens &amp; Baths services : 2 years (Preferred)</li><li>Designers Sales Services: 2 years (Preferred)</li><li>Stone/tiles or related industries: 2 years (Preferred)</li><li>Outside sales: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Shift availability:<ul><li>Day Shift (Preferred)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Colorado Springs, CO (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: On the road
