Key Responsibilities:Administrative Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage office facilities, housekeeping, logistics, stationery, and daily administrative operations.</li><li>Handle correspondence, record keeping, courier dispatch, and filing (both electronic and physical).</li><li>Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and site teams for administrative and operational requirements.</li><li>Maintain and renew trade licenses, property tax, professional tax, and other statutory registrations.</li><li>Assist in HR-related tasks such as attendance, leave records, and staff coordination when required.</li><li>Manage meeting schedules, travel arrangements, and minutes of meetings.</li><li>Support management in preparing reports, notices, and internal communications.</li></ul>Legal &amp; Compliance Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in drafting and organising legal documents, agreements, and contracts (e.g., Work Orders, MOUs, Client Agreements).</li><li>Liaise with lawyers, consultants, and government departments (e.g., BL&amp;LRO, Municipal Corporation, RERA, Income Tax, GST).</li><li>Visit High Court / Lower Divisional Court / Land &amp; Land Reforms Offices / AAI or other authorities for official submissions or follow-up work when required.</li><li>Maintain case files, hearing schedules, and compliance trackers.</li><li>Support land-related documentation work &mdash; mutation, conversion, and due diligence papers.</li><li>Ensure timely renewals and filings of company licenses, property-related documents, and legal registers.</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments to ensure legal and administrative compliance in all operations.</li></ul>Candidate Requirements:<ul><li>For Female Candidates Only.</li><li>Graduate / Diploma in Administration, Management, or Law.</li><li>8&ndash;10 years of experience in Administration or Legal Coordination (Real Estate preferred).</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bengali.</li><li>Sound knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Workspace, ChatGPT &amp; AI tools</li><li>Strong letter drafting and follow-up skills with corporates and government departments.</li><li>Flexibility to travel within Kolkata for official purposes.</li><li>Driving a two-wheeler (Scooty) preferred, though not mandatory.</li><li>Should be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities independently.</li><li>Expected Start Date: Immediate or serving notice period</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;24,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li></ul>
