We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Assistant to support our procurement team in sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials and services required for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will ensure the timely availability of high-quality materials at competitive prices, while maintaining vendor relations and supporting overall purchase operations. He must know how to drive a 2-wheeler and he should stay 45 minutes to 1 hour from Sector V, Salt Lake.Key Responsibilities:-&middot; Assist in sourcing materials and suppliers.&middot; Raise POs and follow up on orders.&middot; Make comparative of materials to be purchased i.e L1, L2, etc&middot; Must visit the market to get the best quotes, purchase of materials etc.&middot; Maintain vendor database and purchase records.&middot; Support vendor negotiations and obtain quotations.&middot; Track inventory levels and coordinate replenishment.&middot; Assist in auditing purchase bills and documents.&middot; Liaise with site teams and project managers.&middot; Maintain compliance with procurement processes.Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:-&middot; Graduate in any discipline; Materials Management diploma is a plus.&middot; 1&ndash;3 years of purchase/procurement experience preferred.&middot; Knowledge of construction materials and terminology.&middot; Proficient in MS Excel, Email, and ERP/Inventory systems.&middot; Strong communication and coordination skills.&middot; Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.&middot; In the age group of 25-30 years&middot; Should know to drive a 2-wheeler&middot; Should stay 45 minutes to 1 hour&middot; Salary 18,000/- to 25,000/- per month.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li></ul>Work Location: In person
