You will be instrumental in winning new business by visualizing our event concepts and sales strategies:
<ul>
<li>Design High-Impact Decks: Create, edit, and format stunning presentations (primarily in Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides) for competitive client pitches, detailed event proposals, and strategic planning reports.</li>
<li>
Visualize Event Concepts: Translate creative themes, venue layouts (floor plans, stage setups), mood boards, detailed logistics, and production elements into clear, engaging, and dynamic visual graphics and diagrams.</li>
<li>
Media &amp; Theming Integration: Curate and flawlessly integrate inspirational imagery, thematic elements, video, and event renderings to capture the desired look and feel of a proposed event.</li>
<li>
Template &amp; Brand Management: Maintain and enforce rigorous design standards and brand guidelines, ensuring all sales materials are premium, consistent, and reflective of our expertise in high-end event management.</li>
<li>
Rapid Iteration &amp; Collaboration: Work quickly and efficiently with the Sales and Creative teams to incorporate client feedback and make real-time design changes during the fast-paced proposal phase</li>
<li>
 Qualifications:</li>
<li>
Experience2+ years: of professional experience focused on high-volume, high-stakes presentation design and production, preferably within the Event Management, Creative Agency, or Marketing/Design sectors.</li>
<li>
Technical Proficiency Expert-level mastery: of Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides is non-negotiable. Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) for creating custom icons, infographics, and cleaning up imagery is highly desirable.</li>
<li>
Portfolio A strong portfolio: demonstrating exceptional layout skills, visual hierarchy, and the ability to simplify complex event information into clear, compelling visuals.</li>
<li>
Soft Skills :Proven ability to manage multiple large projects simultaneously under demanding deadlines. A keen eye for detail and uncompromising commitment to quality.</li></ul></div>
