<div><p>The HR Manager will be a strategic partner to the leadership team, responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR functions within the company. This role involves driving talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance with labour laws, and enhancing organizational culture in a fast-paced travel and events environment.</p>

Key Responsibilities</b></h2>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Talent Acquisition &amp; Onboarding</b></h3>
<ul>
<li><p>Lead recruitment strategies to attract skilled talent across functions (operations, sales, finance, travel logistics, etc.).</p></li>
<li>
<p>Develop job descriptions, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage offers.</p></li>
<li>
<p>Conduct onboarding programs and ensure smooth integration of new hires.</p></li></ul>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Employee Relations &amp; Engagement</b></h3>
<ul>
<li><p>Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees and managers on HR matters.</p></li>
<li>
<p>Facilitate employee engagement programs, team events, and recognition initiatives to reinforce strong culture.</p></li>
<li>
<p>Manage employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution professionally.</p></li></ul>

Performance Management &amp; Development</b></h3>
<ul>
<li><p>Drive performance appraisal systems, goal-setting processes, and performance feedback cycles.</p></li>
<li>
<p>Identify training needs and coordinate learning &amp; development initiatives.</p></li>
<li>
<p>Partner with department heads to support performance improvement plans.</p></li></ul>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
HR Policies &amp; Compliance</b></h3>
<ul>
<li><p>Maintain and update employee policies and procedures ensuring compliance with Indian labour laws and industry best practices.</p></li>
<li>
<p>Administer HR documentation, contracts, and employee records.</p></li>
<li>
<p>Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Labour regulations) and timely reporting.</p></li></ul>

Compensation &amp; Benefits</b></h3>
<ul>
<li><p>Support compensation reviews and benchmarking; manage payroll coordination with finance.</p></li>
<li>
<p>Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance, leaves, and travel incentives.</p></li></ul>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
HR Reporting &amp; Analytics</b></h3>
<ul>
<li><p>Prepare and present HR metrics and reports to leadership (attrition, hiring, engagement levels).</p></li>
<li>
<p>Drive data-informed decisions to improve HR processes.</p></li></ul>

<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Education</b></h3>
<ul>
<li><p>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or allied field (MBA/HR specialization preferred).</p></li></ul>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Experience</b></h3>
<ul>
<li><p>Minimum <b>3</b><b>&ndash;5 years</b> of progressive HR experience, ideally in travel, hospitality, events, or service-oriented industries.</p></li>
<li>
<p>Exposure to full-cycle HR functions including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, compliance, and L&amp;D.</p></li></ul>

Key Skills</b></h3>

<ul><li><p>Strong understanding of HR laws, policies, and best practices in India.</p></li>
<li>
<p>Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.</p></li>

<p>Experience with HRIS, applicant tracking systems, and MS Office.</p></li>

<p>Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.</p></li>
<li>
