The ideal candidate has strong writing skills and <b>experience in financial, business, or investment-related topics</b>. Content will span web, email, social media, thought leadership, sales materials, and more.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Job Responsibilities</b></div><br>
<div></div><ul><li>
Write, edit, and proofread persuasive marketing content across multiple formats (blog posts, web pages, email campaigns, brochures, whitepapers, case studies, etc.)</li><li>
Translate complex M&amp;A, financial, or economic concepts into clear, concise, and engaging copy for mid-market business owners, investors, and stakeholders.</li><li>
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and deal teams to craft thought leadership content and support content strategy initiatives.</li><li>
Create messaging that aligns with the company&rsquo;s brand voice and business development goals.</li><li>
Assist with SEO content development and keyword optimization for digital marketing efforts.</li><li>
Support the creation of client-facing materials, including pitch decks, presentations, and event content.</li><li>
Monitor industry trends and competitors to ensure messaging remains relevant and differentiated.</li><li>
Contribute to internal communication efforts and employer branding as needed.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Job Requirements</b></div><div></div><div><br>
As the Marketing Copywriter, you must be a highly energetic and passionate individual with a positive and highly motivated &lsquo;can do&rsquo; attitude. You must have a strong desire and ambition to succeed in this demanding but rewarding industry.</div><div><br>
</div><ul><li>Submit a digital portfolio along with your resume when applying. (Not required, but highly recommended)</li><li><b>
3+ years of professional experience in B2B marketing</b>, preferably within financial services, private equity, investment banking, or M&amp;A.</li><li>
Strong portfolio demonstrating effective business writing across various platforms.</li><li>
Exceptional writing, editing, and grammar skills with a focus on clarity, tone, and storytelling.</li><li>
Proficient in content management systems (e.g., WordPress), email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), and Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with attention to detail.</li><li>
Comfortable interviewing executives and translating complex ideas into reader-friendly copy.</li><li>
This is a fully in-office role with hours of 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday.</li><li>
Professional business attire required.</li></ul><p><b>
Preferred Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>
Familiarity with mid-market M&amp;A terminology, deal structures, and financial concepts.</li><li>
Experience with SEO best practices and tools (e.g., SEMrush, Google Analytics).</li><li>
Background in finance, M&amp;A, private equity, or investment banking.</li><li>
Understanding of buyer personas and lead funnel content strategy.</li><li>
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.</li></ul><p><b>
Required Education</b></p><p>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.</p><div><b>
Salary</b></div><div></div><div><br>
The annual salary for the Marketing Copywriter position ranges from $55,000 to $70,000, and will be determined based on the candidate&rsquo;s experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.</div><div><br>
