As the Front Desk Receptionist, you serve as the information referral center for our residents, families, potential residents, staff, guests, community contacts, and others visiting the community. In addition, the Front Desk Receptionist shall provide support for some computer processing duties as appropriate.
 
Hourly rate: $17/hr - $18.25/hr
 Schedule: per diem coverage as needed, all shifts
 
Responsibilities
 
<ul>
<li>Greets visitors immediately upon arrival</li>
<li>Professionally handles all phone calls and routes callers or answers questions in a timely and courteous manner</li>
<li>Offers refreshments (coffee, water, etc.) to visitors, where applicable</li>
<li>Manages doctor appointment book and beauty appointment book.</li>
<li>Manages beauty and barber appointment book</li>
<li>Acts as concierge for residents (calling taxis, handling telephone and/or cable problems, checking newspaper deliveries, etc.)</li>
<li>Keeps lobby clean and neat, free of clutter and trash</li>
</ul>
Requirements
 
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent certificate preferred.</li>
<li>Possesses expert knowledge of telephone system and capable of teaching others</li>

Receptionist - Per Diem

Benchmark at Rye is thrilled to be bringing 70 new Assisted Living apartments to our award winning memory care community on the Seacaost and is looking for MNA/Medication Nursing Assistants to join our team!
 
As a MNA , your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.
 
Full time Days 6a-2p or Evenings: 2pm to 10pm
 $25-26.25/HR
 You must have a NH MNA license.
 
Responsibilities
 
<ul>
<li>Communicates questions, concerns, and/or discrepancies related to medication administration to the Resident Care Director (RCD).</li>
<li>Communicates any significant change of mental or physical status of resident to RCD.</li>
<li>Documents supervision of self-administration in MAR.</li>
<li>Documents/ notifies RCD of administration of prn meds.</li>
<li>Responsible for documentation on prn meds and affect.</li>
<li>Recognizes and can assist in the prevention of elder abuse, neglect, and exploitation.</li>
</ul>
Requirements
 
<ul>
<li>Must have state Medication Technician License and demonstrate competency in accordance with the state-approved protocol in drug administration</li>
<li>Successfully complete medication technician competency review (as supervised by RN / RCD) quarterly</li>
<li>CPR certification required or ability to obtain within six months of hire</li>
<li>The Medication Technician must complete a state approved training course in drug administration and receive a certificate of satisfactory successful completion.</li>
<li>Med-Techs will be evaluated on their competency by the RCD each quarter</li>
<li>Must have current certification as a nursing assistant or have successfully completed the certified home health aide or homemaker/personal care homemaker training program</li>
<li>High School education preferred</li>

MNA-Medication Nursing Assistant

We are looking for a housekeeper to join our team! As a Benchmark housekeeper, your main role will be to maintain a community that is safe and clean for residents, associates, and visitors. You will be responsible for laundering towels, bed linens, and resident laundry, and the upkeep of resident apartments.

Responsibilities
 
<ul>
<li>Thoroughly cleans all assigned resident apartments as scheduled by the supervisor including:</li>
<li>Bathrooms: toilet bowl, sinks, and bathtubs, wipes countertops, and mirrors, and sterilizes floors</li>
<li>Kitchen: wipes counters and under objects, mops kitchen floor</li>
<li>Vacuum all exposed areas completely, including edges.</li>
<li>Empties and rinses (if necessary) wastebaskets.</li>
<li>Washes inside of windows as needed.</li>
<li>Cleans all common areas according to standards and practices including elevators, halls, landings, stairs, resident activity areas, lobbies, and model units, and cleans other flat surfaces as scheduled or requested by the supervisor.</li>
<li>Maintains a clean laundry room in an orderly manner and stores chemicals in accordance with product or supervisor instruction.</li>
</ul>
Requirements
 
<ul>
<li>A high school diploma or GED is preferred.</li>
<li>Experience cleaning residential or commercial settings is preferred, but we will train.</li>
<li>Understands the practices surrounding the proper handling of biohazardous waste.</li>
