Requirements

<li>Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.</li>
<li>Must have knowledge of dietary procedures and related Health Department regulations and guidelines for food service operations.</li>
<li>Must be able to serve food and beverages for residents in a prompt and efficient manner.</li>
<li>Be able to lift up to 50lbs.</li>
<li>This is primarily a standing position and required to stand in one place for extended periods of time.</li>

As the Front Desk Receptionist, you serve as the information referral center for our residents, families, potential residents, staff, guests, community contacts, and others visiting the community. In addition, the Front Desk Receptionist shall provide support for some computer processing duties as appropriate.
 
Responsibilities

<li>Greets visitors immediately upon arrival</li>
<li>Professionally handles all phone calls and routes callers or answers questions in a timely and courteous manner</li>
<li>Offers refreshments (coffee, water, etc.) to visitors, where applicable</li>
<li>Manages doctor appointment book and beauty appointment book.</li>
<li>Manages beauty and barber appointment book</li>
<li>Acts as concierge for residents (calling taxis, handling telephone and/or cable problems, checking newspaper deliveries, etc.)</li>
<li>Keeps lobby clean and neat, free of clutter and trash</li>

We are looking for a compassionate CNA to join our team! As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.
 
CNA Duties & Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting</li>
<li>Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.</li>
<li>Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.</li>
<li>Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.</li>
<li>Other duties as needed.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:

<li>Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required</li>
<li>Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required</li>
<li>Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired</li>
