The Recruiter is responsible for the campus recruitment and selection process of all associates employed. This position will also assist in onboarding, succession planning for key roles, as well as perform administrative duties, and other special tasks as assigned.</div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Coordinate all recruitment efforts including sourcing of qualified applicants, creating job postings, attending recruitment job fairs, and maintaining company recruitment efforts on various job boards, including social media.</li><li>
Lead and conduct campus interviews for all associates as assigned across all classifications.</li><li>
Manage employment background checks and ensures compliance of required documentation.</li><li>
Prepare and maintain offer letters and associate files.</li><li>
Run and maintain reports on employment statistics, including turnover, retention, and engagement.</li><li>
File papers and documents into appropriate associate files; performs paper and system audits as necessary.</li><li>
Assist with new-hire orientations.</li><li>
Process new-hire, forms and set-up into system.</li><li>
Assist associates in initial benefits enrollment.</li><li>
Distribute all benefits enrollment materials and determines eligibility.</li><li>
Assist in administration of campus tuition and bonus programs.</li></ul>
Qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED</div><ul><li>
Associate&rsquo;s Degree and three (3) or more years of experience in Human Resources and talent acquisition</li><li>
Experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment and on boarding processes</li><li>
Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office and HRIS programs</li></ul><div></div><div><br>
QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED</div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Human Resources or related field</li><li>
Experience with PDS Vista and SmartLinx software and applicant tracking systems.</li><li>

 The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining cleanliness within the facility, including resident/patient rooms, public and resident restrooms, and shower and bathing areas by following policies/procedures and infection control guidelines.

 Completes resident discharges and prepares the room for next admission. Ensures all areas are properly stocked with items such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. Operates and cares for all housekeeping equipment including vacuums, housekeeping carts, carpet cleaning machines, etc.

Housekeeper

</div><div>As an associate of Benedictine, you will be given the tools and skills necessary to be successful as a Certified Nursing Assistant. There is no cost for the training and you will get paid and earn a certification while you train.

<ul><li>The Nursing Assistant Trainee must attend all scheduled classes and successfully pass the state required certification test.</li><li>
The Nursing Assistant Trainee will collect initial and ongoing data on all residents and report the condition and changes to the RN or LPN.</li><li>
The Nursing Assistant Trainee will communicate and interact with residents, families, and other health team members.</li></ul>
