RN-Clinical Reimbursement Coordinator (MDS)

<div>
 The Home Health Aide (Medicare Certified) will provide home health patient/resident care and performs various treatments under the direction of the licensed nurse as required. The Home Health Aide (Medicare Certified) completes assigned tasks to ensure timely, efficient and safe patient/resident care. Communication and interactions with patients, residents, families and other health team members is an essential component of this position.

   Performs initial and ongoing data collection on home health patients/residents under the direction of the Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse.
  </li>
  <li>
   Implements plan of care developed by the Registered Nurse based on patient/resident physical, psychosocial, cultural, ethnic and religious/spiritual needs.
  </li>
  <li>
   Provides direct patient/resident care and reports condition or status changes accurately and timely to the RN or LPN.
  </li>
  <li>
   Demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks.
  </li>
  <li>
   Documents results of patient/resident care within established policies, procedures and scope of practice.
  </li>
  <li>
   Follows facility policies on medication administration and treatments under the direction of a licensed nurse.
  </li>
  <li>
   Promote the Benedictine Mission and Core Values of Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect and Justice by bringing the Mission and Core Values into the day-to-day activities of the company.

Certified Nursing Assistant

Responsible for all functions of the marketing department, including developing census, leadership of marketing staff or committee and development and execution of all marketing and communication strategic plans for the facility, service lines and/or programs.</div>
Responsibilities:

Develops and executes strategic marketing plans, including budget development and management. Maintains, develops or improves occupancy levels to meet or exceed budgeted goals. Fosters and manages the brand, including the instruction of community staff members in proper use of identity. Interprets and develops marketing strategy based on reports, legal documents, financial statements, etc. Provides project management; determine content, write, edit, and coordinate the design and production of external communication materials, such as newsletters, brochures, advertisements and direct mail pieces, etc. Develops and plan marketing events, including open houses, community classes, health fairs, special events and community outreach activities, etc.</div><br>

Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in marketing, communications, advertising, journalism or related field</li><li>
