RN (Full-Time Overnights)

The Health Unit Coordinator is responsible for coordinating non-clinical operations including transcribing physician&rsquo;s orders, order entry, maintenance of patient charts, and unit records, efficient processing of unit information and maintenance of unit supplies.
</p>Responsibilities:

Maintains rules and protects against breach of confidentially by performing as the privacy and security officer.</p>
Qualifications:

Qualifications Required</p><ul><li>
High school diploma.</li><li>
Experience in administrative duties.
</li><li>Accuracy, confidentiality, and ability to work quickly in a fast-paced patient care setting.
</li></ul><p>Qualifications Preferred</p><ul><li>
Medical office administration certificate.
</li><li>Health unit coordinator certificate.
</li><li>Order transcription experience.
</li><li>Knowledge in state and federal rules and regulations.
</li><li>Knowledge of discloser practices and re-disclosure limitations.

Qualifications:

Concierge

<div>Overview:
<div>
The Home Health Aide (Medicare Certified) will provide home health patient/resident care and performs various treatments under the direction of the licensed nurse as required. The Home Health Aide (Medicare Certified) completes assigned tasks to ensure timely, efficient and safe patient/resident care. Communication and interactions with patients, residents, families and other health team members is an essential component of this position.</div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Performs initial and ongoing data collection on home health patients/residents under the direction of the Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse.</li><li>
Implements plan of care developed by the Registered Nurse based on patient/resident physical, psychosocial, cultural, ethnic and religious/spiritual needs.</li><li>
Provides direct patient/resident care and reports condition or status changes accurately and timely to the RN or LPN.</li><li>
Demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks.</li><li>
Documents results of patient/resident care within established policies, procedures and scope of practice.</li><li>
Follows facility policies on medication administration and treatments under the direction of a licensed nurse.</li><li>
Promote the Benedictine Mission and Core Values of Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect and Justice by bringing the Mission and Core Values into the day-to-day activities of the company.</li><li>
Performs other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned.</li></ul>
