Videographer & Video Editor

We are seeking a motivated and professional Arabic Real Estate Broker with at least one year of experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the local market, basic negotiation skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to clients. You will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, properties while providing accurate market advice and building long-term client relationships.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist clients with property sales, purchases,</li><li>Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.</li><li>Conduct property viewings and provide detailed property information to clients.</li><li>Negotiate and prepare real estate contracts and agreements.</li><li>Stay updated with market trends, property values, and competition.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions.</li><li>Collaborate with legal advisors, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders.</li><li>Ensure all real estate documentation is compliant with laws and regulations.</li><li>Meet monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 1 year of real estate experience (sales or leasing).</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Basic knowledge of CRM systems and real estate listing platforms.</li><li>Proven ability to close deals and manage client expectations.</li><li>High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service.</li><li>Language: Arabic speaker</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market.</li><li>Bilingual (English and Arabic preferred).</li><li>Valid UAE driving license.</li></ul>&ldquo;This job is based on commission only.&rdquo;Job Type: Full-time
