<p></p><ul><li>Assumes 100% responsibility for quality guests&rsquo; experience.</li><li>
Welcome and greet guests within two minutes of being seated.
</li><li>Informs guests of specials and menu changes.</li><li>
Offers specific beverage, appetizer, entr&eacute;e, and dessert recommendations either upon request or you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy.</li><li>
Answer questions about our food, beverages and other restaurant functions and services.</li><li>
Take food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders in our point-of-sale system before taking item to the table.</li><li>
Deliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely matter.</li><li>
Clean and prepare the table for the arrival of menu items.
</li><li>Perform side work during each shift as required by service station assignment.</li><li>
Maintain clean and stocked service and dining areas.</li><li>
Monitor and observe guests dining experience. Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service.</li><li>
Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.</li><li>
Provide proactive beverage refills.</li><li>
Prepare final bill, present check to guest, accept payment, and process through the POS system or pat at the table system.</li><li>
Be ready and willing to assist fellow servers before they ask.</li><li>
Expresses appreciation to the guests, for their visit and invite them to return.</li><li>
Attends all scheduled employee meetings and brings suggestions for improvement.</li><li>
Notify the manager-on-duty any time a guest is not 100% satisfied with their experience.</li><li>
Covers other servers duties while on break as requested by MOD and in accordance with rotation.</li><li>
Participates in scheduled catering events as required.</li><li>
Performs other duties as assigned by a supervisor.</li></ul><br>

<div><div><p><b>Job Requirements:</b></p><br>
<p></p><ul><li>Previous server experience in restaurant or hospitality sector required or minimum six months experience working for any of our restaurants as a host, busser or other similar guest interfacing position. Must have good performance and manager reference.
</li><li>18 years of age or older as required by state law to serve alcoholic beverages.</li><li>
Ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system.</li><li>
Food handler&rsquo;s card and alcohol awareness training certification where required by state and local laws.</li><li>
Eligible to work in the United States.</li></ul><br>

<p>As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first and last impression for our guests, ensuring they feel welcome from the moment they arrive until they leave. Your mission is to manage reservations, coordinate seating, and enhance the guest experience while maintaining a smooth front-of-house flow.</p>
<p>Key Responsibilities</p>
<ul><li>Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression</li>
<li>Manage OpenTable reservations and coordinate seating to optimize service flow</li>
<li>Assist guests with special seating requests whenever possible</li>
<li>Communicate table availability and wait times to guests in a professional manner</li>
<li>Provide menus and introduce guests to their server upon seating</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organized host stand and menu area</li>
<li>Answer incoming phone calls, provide information, and handle reservation inquiries</li>
<li>Assist with concierge outreach and brand representation at off-site events</li>
<li>Monitor the dining area, update the Ma&icirc;tre D/Lead Host on table status, and help coordinate seating rotation</li>
<li>Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return for another unforgettable experience</li>
<li>Assist fellow team members with bussing tables, running food, or supporting service as needed</li>
<li>Adhere to health and sanitation regulations and uphold THE ONE GROUP&rsquo;s high hospitality standards</li>
<li>Always represent THE ONE GROUP professionally, this includes maintaining an elevated appearance and being comfortable in heels (if applicable)</li>

<p>As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, engaging guests, and delivering premium bar experience. Your mission is to anticipate guest needs, execute flawless drinks, and create an inviting, high-energy atmosphere.</p>

<li>Maintain proper cash handling procedures, including processing credit card transactions and making changes when necessary</li>

<li>Garnish drinks, replenish snacks, and present beverages attractively and consistently</li>
<li>Assist with food orders for guests seated at the bar and ensure timely delivery</li>
<li>Comply with all health and safety regulations and maintain high sanitation standards</li>
<li>Report maintenance or equipment issues to management</li>
<li>Perform blind cash drops in the safe at the end of each shift</li>
<li>Support the front-of-house team by helping with food running, bussing tables, and assisting hosts when needed</li>

<ul><li>Previous bartending experience in a high-volume, upscale bar or restaurant preferred</li>
