<div><div>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Provide tier 1 and tier 2 destop and back-office support, trouble shooting issues of varying complexities.</li><li>
Collaborate with end-users to support the existing technology platform and work closely with tier 3 Engineers to solve existing issues or design new solutions</li><li>
Liaise with 3rd party hardware and software technology providers.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Desktop application support, including Microsoft Office and financial services applications</li><li>
Desktop hardware (IBM/Lenovo a plus) trouble-shooting</li><li>
Windows-based operating systems support, including Vista and XP</li><li>
TCP/IP concepts and troubleshooting network issues</li><li>
Wireless device support and set up, including smart-phones and tablets</li><li>
Anti-virus software installation and troubleshooting</li><li>
Voice Over IP telephony support (Cisco a plus)</li><li>
Technology middleware support and set up, including Active Directory</li><li>
Desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, user-friendly environment</li><li>
Patient and detail oriented with a proven history of delivery</li><li>
Motivated self starter with excellent communication and problem solving abilities</li><li>
Team player with good time management skills and ability to prioritize and multi-task</li><li>
Microsoft Certifications (MCP/MCDST/MCSA) preferred</li><li>
Experience in financial services strongly preferred</li><li>
Experience with supporting solutions in middle to large sized organizations</li></ul>
Education and/or Work Experience:<ul><li>
Associate&rsquo;s degree or equivalent (in computer networking, computer science, MIS, or related field) required</li></ul>
