 We are seeking an innovative and strategic thinker to join our team . This role is pivotal in developing and driving the strategic vision for our event intellectual properties (IP) across B2B and B2C segments.

 Times Experience is BCCL&rsquo;s experiential marketing business.This team works to lead the creation and execution of innovative experiential solutions, including brand IPs, brand solutions, and business conclaves. To drive a comprehensive revenue strategy for the experiential business, maximize the potential of our existing IPs, design new creative formats, and spearhead new business ventures.Plays a pivotal role in unlocking the full potential of our experiential marketing business unit by identifying market opportunities and challenges, leveraging new technologies and platforms, and partnering with other functional/ business unit heads to generate offerings, solutions, and business models (both B2B and B2C).
 
 
 
 Areas of Responsibility (Key Result Areas)
 
 
 
 
 Event IP Concept and Strategy Development
 
 
 
 Develop innovative and scalable concepts for event IPs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market trends.Redesign existing IPs to enhance relevance, revenue, and profitability.
 
 
 
 Sales Enablement and Monetization
 
 
 
 Partner with sales teams to identify advertiser needs and create bespoke IPs and experiential solutions.Support sales teams with compelling pitch decks, concept notes, and presentations to secure sponsorships and partnerships for brand led IPs
 
 
 
 Market Analysis and Value Proposition Development
 
 
 
 Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, audience preferences, and competitive benchmarks to inform IP strategies.Define clear value propositions and differentiation strategies for all event IPs.Monitor performance metrics and audience feedback to refine and enhance IP strategies.
 
 
 
 Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
 
 
 
 Act as the go-to resource for stakeholders, providing strategic guidance on IP monetization and experiential solutions.Serve as the bridge between brand teams and sales teams, ensuring that concepts align with monetization goals.

 Brand &amp; Communications Strategy:

 Identify, measure, and drive key brand KPIs with a timely update to all stakeholders.

 Build and implement the communications strategy to meet business objectives like increase in traffic, leads, product awareness.

 Develop strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast, digital and owned platforms to build the credibility of our brand.

 To grow the awareness of the brand through various channels like content, business communication and more.

 Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, monitor key brand metrics and competitors&rsquo; activities.

 Manage the expansive agency and freelancer ecosystem to support high-scale content production.
 </li>

 To measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess ROI and KPIs.

 Content Marketing:

 Develop a comprehensive content marketing strategy to drive brand awareness.
 </li>

 Creating both long and short form content including documents, audio, videos, logos, slide presentations, spreadsheets, and websites, landing pages, product pages etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implementing best practices to ensure all content ranks well and demonstrates an understanding of its target audience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive Content Marketing initiatives including but not limited to content placements, DPR, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Trade Marketing:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain content and media strategy and structure representing the complete portfolio and value propositions in a consistent and impactful way for ensuring maximum sales support and traction.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop various sales support initiatives and merchandise.
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan and schedule promotional events and on-ground activation.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 New capabilities and created business:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Drive the development of content capabilities around production, automation, distribution, and amplification, thereby leading to a reduction in TAT and costs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identifying opportunities for revenue maximization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create New IPs to build brand and offer monetization opportunities for Response Team Work closely with Response and RMD teams to ensure P&amp;L deliverables.
 </li>
 <li>
 This role demands that the candidate work closely with Response team, RMD team, Edit Team.
 </li>
