Operations &amp; Reservations Executive is needed for a fast growing Travel Agency headquartered Dubai. 
Your primary role is to assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements that meet their unique preferences and requirements (leisure or corporate). You will leverage your knowledge of destinations, travel products, and industry trends to provide exceptional service and create memorable travel experiences for our clients. 
 
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Provide end-to-end travel services, including issuing tickets, booking accommodation and transportation and other travel products.</li><li>
Stay updated with Local/International regulations, about travel trends, airports, and immigration law to deliver accurate information to clients.</li><li>
Monitor and resolve customer concerns, provide prompt assistance, gather feedback, and share with operations manager.</li><li>
Supply clients with pertinent information and useful travel/holiday material (itineraries, event programs etc.)</li></ul>
Requirements and skills<ul><li>
Proven work experience as a Travel Consultant for at least 2 years</li><li>
Proficiency in Amadeus GDS</li><li>
Exemplary selling skills and willing to work in a fast paced environment</li><li>
Ability to Develop itineraries for Corporate and Leisure clients</li><li>
Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism or relevant field would be an advantage</li><li>
Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively (Verbal and Written)</li><li>
Proficient in issuance, re-issuance, cancellation and refund of Airfare Ticket through Amadeus</li><li>
Experience in hotel bookings, ground transportation, and travel packages.</li><li>
Willing to work on shifting schedule</li><li>
Utilize booking systems and platforms to secure travel arrangements, negotiate rates, and manage reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and more.</li><li>
Ability to multitask and can work under pressure</li><li>
Good attention to details and problem-solving abilities</li><li>

The Social Media Executive is responsible for managing, creating, and executing engaging content across all social media platforms to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and support the company&rsquo;s marketing objectives. This role plays a key part in enhancing Beno&rsquo;s online presence, ensuring consistent brand communication across all divisions. 
 
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the company&rsquo;s brand goals and marketing campaigns.</li><li>
Manage and grow the company&rsquo;s social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.).</li><li>
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (photos, videos, captions, reels, stories, etc.) across all platforms.</li><li>
Collaborate with internal teams to produce content that reflects the brand&rsquo;s image and services.</li><li>
Monitor, respond, and engage with followers, clients, and influencers to maintain active online community engagement.</li><li>
Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, conversions) and prepare regular social media performance reports.</li><li>
Stay up to date with current social media trends, algorithms, and platform updates to ensure maximum visibility and engagement.</li><li>
Manage paid social media advertising campaigns (boosted posts, lead generation ads, etc.) and optimize for ROI.</li><li>
Support marketing events, product launches, and collaborations by providing live coverage and creative content.</li><li>
Ensure that all social media content aligns with company brand guidelines, tone, and messaging.</li></ul>
Requirements:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.</li><li>
Minimum of 2&ndash;4 years of experience in social media management, preferably within the lifestyle, luxury, hospitality, or automotive sectors.</li><li>
Strong understanding of all major social media platforms and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, TikTok Analytics, etc.).</li><li>
Excellent copywriting, visual storytelling, and communication skills.</li><li>
Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li></ul>
Preferred Skills:<ul><li>
Experience in influencer marketing and social media collaborations.</li><li>
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, content marketing).</li><li>
